thanks for the response. I'm sure as you can imagine I'm a little distraught from not being able to access my account that has quite a few bitcoins on it. I'm just a little impatient.

I get it mate but I have to ask, how the fuck does someone forget their pass phrase? seriously, I must see 20 posts a day regarding pass phrase resets and panicked responses about the slow response from SR support and how they absolutely MUST have access to their coins right now, I would say don't forget your fucking pass phrase then and save everyone the grief  :-\

I ordered some pills... and did FE he had 5 Workdays time from NL withing EU to send it to me actually its Saturday and i still received nothing if it does not appears Monday or Tuesday i am pretty sure he ripped me since i bought much times from NL which was allways here within 3-4 workdays.

Will people please stop FEing for vendors! escrow is there for a reason, USE IT PLEASE!!

If buyers boycotted vendors asking for FE we would see less issues of scamming.

As you can probably imagine SR does not employ are large number of staff and they get slammed with questions all the time most of which would be easily answered if the person read the FAQ and/or the SR wiki.

 Weekends are also slower for responses, just be patient mate and they will get back to you eventually.

Aussies who buy from overseas please wake the fuck up....

Looking through some recent feedback on a few O/S vendors pages on SR and what do I see ?

All over the fucking place feedback is saying received to Aust all good.
Or made it to OZ in good time.
Or customers just blatantly giving out how many days it has taken to get from wherever to oz.

Please just shut the fuck up about where you are receiving your orders too.
All you are doing is giving away more and more info to the ones trying to stop this movement.

Some will disagree but seriously there is no need for it..

Shits me to tears every-time I see it too, we must be the most indiscreet loud mouths on SR when it comes to protecting our interests.

SHUT IT, ZIP IT, MUMBLE MUMBLE..... SORRY IS THE GAG MASK ON TOO TIGHT???

First thing to do is contact the vendor and explain to them what has happened and see what they have to say.

Secondly you do not need to wait 9 days before you can his resolve, you can contact SR support and take it to resolution sooner of the vendor is unresponsive to your inquiries.

Thirdly you can post in the forums to see if others have had the same/similar experiences as you, if the vendor is scamming you can bet you will not be alone.

If you finalize there is nothing SR support can do to help you if the vendor does not want to negotiate a deal. If you take it to resolution and get a refund though you will damage your buyer stats by having a refund rate.

What would do in your situation would entirely depend on the size of the order, my relationship with the vendor i.e. would I trust them to reship if I finalized etc.

The $500 bond is a necessary deterrent against scamming, you can apply for it to be returned to you after you have successfully completed 35 transactions.
