To the OP or should I be addressing this to Necromancer71?

You are under close observation now, break the rules again and you can kiss your acount(s) goodbye.

How come nobody ever tries to scam me ?   I'm insulted and hurt.

I know, me neither  :-\

Maybe we should start a support group thread of people who haven't been sent scam PM's and are feeling isolated and ignored?

My feelings on the matter are irrelevant, I am simply trying to respond to your post as best I can.

The 4 day window in which a buyer cannot cancel the order is there to protect the vendor from having the very issue you have now had and I will pass on your comments regarding this not being included in the sellers guide to DPR.

I should also correct you, auto finalize is 17 days from the date the order is marked in transit not 19. This is also not a security leak.

I am sorry this happened to you and I can appreciate your feelings on the matter, my advice would be to raise your concerns with SR support and explain what happened to them also.

BTC is a volatile currency, at the moment it is climbing steeply in value but as the post above rightly points out it could just as easily go in the other direction.

No one is scamming you.

My account history only shows transactions for the last month, is there any way to get an older transaction id ?

Thanks for helping !

Contact SR support and they can give it to you, your transaction history going back several months is accessible by support.

The OP of the thread should be able to edit/remove the poll.

If you want me to do it send me the link to the thread.

Please read the FAQ sticky at the top of this board.

I see PH has already given you an answer though.

Have you tried taking your issues to resolution?

You mentioned letting one order auto finalize which happens after 17 days and you state the items you tried to order were instant delivery electronic items, I am unclear on how this was left for 17 days without you taking any action prior, I know you said you went out of town but all the same it would seem reasonable that you were aware of the issue fairly soon after attempting purchase, maybe if you provide some more info I will understand your situation better.

I'm having flashbacks to scurry when the last withdrawals issue happened  :-\

You will not get answers to your posts beyond what has already been posted by myself and others,  SR support will fix the issue.

How is anyone going to sue SR? in case you hadn't noticed this is an anonymous website operated in the dark net.

I'm locking this, I understand your frustration I really do but this type of posting activity serves no one and just spreads FUD across the forums.

If you are that unhappy with how this site operates please exercise your right to not use it, this is not eBay or Amazon and irrespective of the money the site makes it will not and can not function in the way you and maybe others think it should for some very obvious reasons that I do not feel I need to spell out.

I think the lesson is ship and mark as 'in transit' within the 4 day window you have before the buyer can cancel the order otherwise you leave yourself wide open to this happening I'm afraid.

Customer support / Re: vendor sent not what was ordered
« on: April 04, 2013, 12:57 pm »
You can test it yourself with EZ test kits, you can test for purity with one type of test and active cuts with another. As Aussie bob rightly pointed out you cannot get direct support from the forums, you will need to take this to resolution on the main site so it is very fortunate you are in escrow. Hit the resolve option next to the order and state your claim in that you consider you have been sold something that is not as described. If this has happened to you then you can bet others are in the same boat so you may also want to ask on the forums re others also experiencing issues.

As always though the first port of call should be the vendor, contact them and explain what you consider has happened and see what they have to say, you may have been sent a badly mixed portion of the brick, happens with coke sometimes and you end up with more cutting agent that actual coke.

Hope that helps.

Hard to imagine I know but some people are falling for these PM scams, you just had to look on blockchain after the recent efforts to see people were sending them their coins, unbelievable!

Consider that fool tossed.
