If you have FE'd and the vendor is offering you a 60% refund you should IMHO accept it.

You have no recourse via SR when you FE so any refund is entirely at the discretion of the vendor and most 'no show' claims via SR resolution result in a 50% refund unless the vendor has been proven to be scamming.

For this reason you may want to rethink your position but that is of course entirely up to you.

Too be honest I do not know how this situation will be resolved given the MP is essentially OOE but is a transaction on your account, contact support and explain what has happened, you won't get your coins back but they will be able to fix the issue of the outstanding order sitting on your account, small consolation I know.

So many MP for BTC scams right now, please exercise caution!

Yeah i've been negged heaps this week, ever since i jumped on a thread i havent been on in awhile and spoke my mind.

And the other 10+ stupid questions he had, which I had appropriate answers to which he didn't like.

Yeah I stepped into that thread too and flamed Chaosforpeace initially, the negging has been daily ever since, normally I don't give a fuck but this seems more of concerted campaign of -karma that is totally unrelated to my posting on the forums, who the fuck knows.

Well the good thing is you didn't FE so you at least have the protection of escrow if things do not work out as planned. Wait and see what happens first, you may be over-thinking the issue but if you do run into problems you can ask for SR support and they will have access to all the messages you exchanged with the vendor so they will be able to draw their own conclusions based upon that and whether any other buyers have also had similar problems should they arise.

Hopefully everything will work out fine anyway and your order arrive without issue.
