but Sr still only gave me a 50% refund in resolution even tho I reported it. why?
I did everything Sr tell you to do

No offense Joolz but you seem to be a scam magnet, I have never read so many posts by one member about having issues with vendors.
The moderators have no sway with admin decisions but you know this already. No one here has access to all the information the admins use to inform their decisions either so it is disingenuous to present a one sided scenario and ask others to comment on it.
As I said to you before, SR is an imperfect system, I'm sorry you have run into yet more vendor issues and I hope you can get some issues resolved. Continue to report the vendor and use the forums to thoroughly research any potential vendor choices before making a buy, even then any vendor is only as good as their last sale, we all get burnt from time to time.
