I f.ed on my gram order and then they scammed me on the larger order which was in escrow. I reported this to sr support and hit the report button(like we are told)
but Sr still only gave me a 50% refund in resolution even tho I reported it. why?
I did everything Sr tell you to do
work that one out  ???

No offense Joolz but you seem to be a scam magnet, I have never read so many posts by one member about having issues with vendors.

The moderators have no sway with admin decisions but you know this already. No one here has access to all the information the admins use to inform their decisions either so it is disingenuous to present a one sided scenario and ask others to comment on it.

As I said to you before, SR is an imperfect system, I'm sorry you have run into yet more vendor issues and I hope you can get some issues resolved. Continue to report the vendor and use the forums to thoroughly research any potential vendor choices before making a buy, even then any vendor is only as good as their last sale, we all get burnt from time to time.

My understanding is that account history and feedback only stays listed for several months. If you need to go back a retrieve all feedback or history you can try contacting SR support.

As nanpa stated the admins decision is normally final but I have seen of a case recently where DPR reviewed the case and overturned the decision.

IMO the subject of FE should have been brought up sooner. To have your order cancelled thus incurring you a loss is very unfortunate, whether that constitutes a scam attempt or not I will leave up to the admins to decide given you have reported the vendor already, my opinion in this matter is irrelevant given nothing can be done from here beyond discussing what happened and individuals offering their subjection opinion.

I should point out though it is not against the rules for an established vendor to ask for a buyer to FE by the way and doing so does not necessarily make them a scammer.

Sorry for the delay. We have procured MBB now and will be implementing triple layering, vac (to stop the rattle), MBB, then foil outside layer in 2 weeks time, when our next shipment of MDMA comes in.

Both sides have had their say, the best place to sort this out is in resolution. The OP has been answered so I am locking this thread now. If wither party would like to carry on debating this openly feel free to start a thread elsewhere on the forums.

Soooo verrrrry dissappointed at my first blow transaction on SR yesterday through TopGear, I am very upset that i paid $185 plus, due to btc inflation and got got....i am currently waiting his response. I hope he is a stand up guy and tries to make this right.

You cant really blame a vendor for BTC inflation/deflation.. It fucks them up alot more then it fucks us regular consumers up.

What do you mean "got got". Did you not receive? did you receive waht you think is crap quality? and if so, what was bad about it? was it ampy? was it weak? more info would be cool as I plan on using this guy

TopGear kindly sent me a sample as a favor recently and I have to say it was some very nice gear, very clean with no suggestion of active cuts so I am surprised to be reading of other peoples alleged negative experiences.
