Customer support / Re: Scammer: Snatch

No reply. Safe to say Snatch is a scammer. Rating is plummeting into the gutter, for good reason.

Right now I'm more pissed that SR admins seem to sit and fiddle with their thumbs up their asses rather than banning this fuckwit.

Does make you wonder  ??? you dont think their in on it do you  ?  kick backs   :-X

Joolz do me and everyone else a favor and stay out of customer support unless you plan on being helpful anytime soon, there is a whole forum for you to spread your FUD in, go and do it elsewhere.

Thanks.
Helpful.. been reporting scams for months & bumping scam vendor threads mate  ;)  though I was helping out.
FUD.that would be asking question like how long does it take to etc ..I take it.
Man if your over worked Im not suprised  ??? its not really my fault is it & nothing personal samesame but all we seem to get is excuse after excuse on here.
You deserve a medal for trying my friend but it aint working and it isnt gona go away just get worse as the road expands & I for one dont want it known as the scam road
Have a nice day but no doubt its gona be busy.
take care man.

Yes seriously overworked, a task made even harder when some try to incite others by spreading fear, uncertainty and doubt as you are doing by suggesting SR admins are colluding with scammers, you feel me?

If you want to be helpful yes keep shining a light on the scammers, the more the community heightens it observation and awareness of potential issues the better as those of us who are trying our best to keep an eye out cannot see everything. what you are doing in some of your posts is however not helpful and as I have stated before if you keep it up I'll just start to delete your posts, quite frankly I do not need the additional aggro of appeasing you in every god damn thread.

Thank you.

Something I was wondering is whether its a common site to see a vendor "using" another vendor products pictures for their listings?

As in, with the original vendors name/ text and everything.

Should that set off any sort of red flag? Or common practice? First time I noticed it is all.

It happens and it generally causes me to question whether the vendor is legit or not.

I honestly think IMB has just been overwhelmed here and they have done the right thing and taken down their listings to give them some breathing space to catch up.

I got a reply a few days ago explaining where things were at and I know of several people who recently got their orders on the 3 week mark so basically they were not shipped until a full 7 days until after having been marked in transit. That type of vendor behavior pisses me off as much as the next man especially when I have an order hopefully in transit myself but I can also appreciate the challenges that vendors experience at times, especially new ones so I'm not concerned.

Best thing will be to sit tight and extend the finalization date if needed to allow for the extra time for your order to arrive and hopefully IMB will get on top of their business soon.

100% feedback from 57 transactions some dating back several days.

Why people still FE for vendors when they see a vendor page just full of FE feedback amazes me, even without coming to the forums its a red flag.

Report the vendor anyway and I'll pass it up as they should not be asking for FE yet having only been a vendor for a month, yet another BIG red flag... yet people still keep on ordering... :-\

Time will tell I guess, best thing to do is keep on reporting vendors you see engaging in questionable behavior or outright rule breaking.

As the post above states you will get your coins as all BTC addresses associated with your account are saved however they may be delayed. If you haven't got them after 12 hours you will need to contact SR support on the main site for assistance.

There is a vendor that keeps hounding me to FE. If you are reading this (i will not mention your name for now) DON'T ask me every couple of hours!

You are setting yourself up for failure by hounding people to FE and coming across as some desperate scammer.

I will never ever FE..even with the most trusted vendor and especially after the shit that went down with ETM. No one can be trusted no more to FE.

I am also dealing with this at the moment, just to clarify is it 1 or 3 months the vendor needs to be here before they can 'request FE' ?

Even if it is only a 1 month requirement (35+ sales) why would a newish vendor badger high stat buyers (at least 2 at this stage) to FE and affect their rep?

On a good note: GSM red goblin WOW!

 :-*       :-*

Irrespective of the vendor or their circumstances no one should be FE for domestic, end of discussion.

Report the vendor and post warnings like the post above in other sections of the forums. Hopefully this will bring the vendor to the attention of the admins and they will investigate the vendors behaviour and take action where appropriate.

Has anyone heard of this fucking Binxter... Please help... how many ppl did this fucker messed with?
How to prevent such a thing by the SR in the near future?
I know we shouldn't have FEed but hey, wut can I really say when it's part of the T&C's...

The only way to stop being scammed is to stop Finalising Early. People need to start having a modicum of personal responsibility when it comes to placing orders on Silk Road. It is up to each and every user to protect themselves from scams; Silk Road already does more than enough in that regard.

If it's part of a vendor's Terms & Conditions that you will have to FE, then to negate the risk of Finalising Early, all you have to do is do your due diligence before ordering and purchase from a vendor that does not require FE.

the amount of energy and time he's put into spam mailing..
he could've well already sent out samples, gotten reviews, and started slingin!!
it cracks me up!!

How much does a G of coke cost in Peru? $30?
how much did he spend on his Vending account ? $800?? surely spend an extra $200 and send out samples?

also get your 50 posts up, fuck its not that hard.

I tried to help him to begin with, but he ignored me.. I'll gladely change my tune and help him out and spread the word, but the vendors gotta come to teh table, send out some .2g samples. I would LOVE a peru contact, but this smells fishy.

The constant spam mailing has them labelled as scammers whether they are or they are not, any vendor who promotes themselves by spamming via multiple forum accounts having made no posts just had red flag written all over it.

Having thrown my hat in for one South American long shot already this year that ended in tears I won't be risking it twice anytime soon.

If the vendor behind sending out these spam emails ends up reading this here is some advice, get a forum presence and send out some samples!! you never know someone might actually buy from you  ???
