Customer support / Re: Vendor's account locked.. now what?
« on: June 13, 2013, 05:59 am »
If the vendor has been demoted you should take the order into the resolution center as soon as that option becomes available to you and propose the resolution you are seeking, for more information on how escrow and the resolution center works please refer the the SR wiki, there is a link to the wiki in the sticky thread at the top of this board.

You may also wish to submit a customer support ticket via the market site requesting that your order be cancelled, in some circumstances the admins can do this without having to wait for the resolution center but that really depends on the circumstances behind why the vendor was demoted.

So not satisfied with creating two other threads on this matter you saw fit to create a 3rd in customer support.

For the benefit of others reading this as Joolz seems unwilling or incapable of hearing this message - these unsubstantiated allegations cannot be resolved via the forums and creating multiple threads on the matter is at the very best unhelpful.

Given you have already reported this issue to the admins and they are looking into the matter and given I have already responded multiple times to this matter in other threads and via PM I will ask you again Joolz, stop spamming, contain your posts on this issue to one thread and do as I have repeatedly asked and deal with this in the only way it can be dealt with i.e. via customer support on the market site.

Anyone wishing to continue with this 'discussion' please feel free to post in either of the other two threads listed below, this thread is a duplicate of the other two therefore it has been locked.

Shipping / Re: Opening a PO box
« on: June 12, 2013, 09:18 pm »
This thread has peaked my interest again in using a PO box. So far, I've ordered to a residential address and everything has gone fine. I am not against getting some fake dox and opening up a local box, though. My lobby isnt recorded so thats another plus. I might even opt out for the next city over if i choose to do so. My only question is how do you know when you've got a delivery waiting in your box? I tend to check the mail box that I use frequently when I know there is a package on its way. I don't want to end up being "that guy" at the local post offices coming in 3+ times per week to leave with nothing.

There is no way to know.

Easy solution: Sign up to heaps of random junk mail so you always walk out with something. OR send yourself official looking packages every few days so you can always walk out with something. OR just be patient and only check it once a week.

and if you are in Oz get a PAYG anonymous burner and when you open the box pay the extra for the 'you have got mail option' and they will text you when your order arrives  :)

How are my friends doing on the upside down part of the world?  Everything good?  Enjoying the barbequed marsupials?  Your toilet water still flushing backwards? ;D

Are you craving kangaroo jerky again mate?

Yes.  Are kangaroo steaks tender?  Is the meat red?  Does it taste gamey?

Mate kangaroo meat is the bomb! you need a good cut, preferably marinaded and then slowly roasted on the BBQ. It is quite dark meat but not gamey, in fact it is one of the healthiest meats there is.

You will need to submit a customer ticket via the market site, we cannot assist you via the forums on such matters I'm afraid.

Customer support / Re: PGP public key for message encryption
« on: June 12, 2013, 08:08 pm »
Please refer to the SR wiki, the link is in the sticky at the top of this board, you can read about PGP there. Also there are many very helpful threads in the forums including pines PGP club and PGP for newbies in the newbie sub forum.

You should take some time to familiarize yourself with how it works, it really is all quite simple though and just seems a bit onerous to begin with.

Good luck!

Customer support / Re: Vendor not responding - Item not received
« on: June 12, 2013, 08:05 pm »
If the order was in escrow then the admins could investigate the matter and make an informed decision based upon all the information at their disposal. Resolution matters can be very complex with many different factors taken into consideration, I could not comment of what a possible outcome might be I'm afraid.

First thing you need to do it check the blockchain to see how many confirmations the transaction has.

If the transaction shows at least 6 confirmations then submit a customer support ticket on the market site providing the admins with the BTC address the coins were went too, they can then take a look for you.

Nothing can be done via the forums to investigate such matters, you will need to contact SR support on the market site.

Hope you get it sorted soon.

There are no connectivity issues with the market site right now so the issue resides with your computer and/or settings.

Just make sure you are trying to access the site by the correct URL:

https://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion.to

Beyond that you may need to make some changes to your network protection settings and I cannot assist you there I'm afraid.

Been high as a kite on MDMA/MDA for the last 24 hours = no sleep = what a different and wonderful kind of 24 hours it has been.

MDA - Perfect energy and surprisingly sweet visuals + MDMA - Gooey, Sweaty, Quivering Body, Drooling from the Mouth = Wonderful Combination.

So looking forward to a nice deep quiet sleep tonight... Be great to get to sleep and allow my REM sleep to geniusly rewire my now heavily fried and discombobulated frontal lobes and toes... Night 'Roadies'.

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Get a job  :P

**SPOKEN IN A 'STEWIE GRIFFIN' / FAMILY GUY VOICE** (Sounding: Angry, Confused and Strangely Aroused by the Prospect of Mummy's Next Milking Booby Session)

" Mother, Mother, mummy, mum, mummy, mum, mother!?!?! You, ITS YOU ISNT IT MUMMY DEAREST!!! You have finally blown your carefully crafted anonymity here the SR forum! I would NEVER have guessed that my nuisance prudish mummy is actually the voice of reason and bloody global SR forum moderator - Your SSBD, my sober bloody mummy arnt you!!!

All this time I never knew (no one ever knew) until you blew your cover by insisting that I go 'get a bloody job' (Which is the only thing you ever tell me, day after day!)

Well, Mother dearest, Im NOT going to get a job, will not, wont, ever, never humble myself or abuse or waste my precious time on this planet with something as benign and super boring as a heinous working class job Mummy Dearest.

No, indeed, the Road is my calling Mummy. It calls, it beckons and cajoles me to its trippy door Mummy. Indeed, Mummy Dearest, they say that doing a job that you love, you never work a day in your life... well mummy, Im proud to announce that I doooo have a job - I am a crash test dummy for each and every SR purchasable 'lolly' that I can get my midget baby hands on. Speaking of which... BUMP... I will be over at 5 pm as usual for Smores, Crossant, and Chicken Pot Pie (And you had better not fuck it up again this time)... BUMP... See you for num nums shortly!  ;D ;D ;D"

I literally have no come back, quite rare! well done MSB  ;)

Customer support / Re: Resolution question
« on: June 12, 2013, 08:04 am »
Just ensure that your most recent resolution proposal reflects what outcome you are seeking and also respond to any counter proposals that the vendor may make.

At the end of the resolution period if you have been unable to come to an agreement with the vendor then an admin will adjudicate on your behalf.

If you need more information on how escrow and the resolution center works please refer to the SR wiki as both are well covered there.
