They keep getting reported because it's obvious some lonely, depraved 15 year old child found Silk Road, but can't figure out how to make purchases... ...so he just come here and starts arguments with people for no reason, and spams threads about senseless crap. Also, if you 'argue' with NorthernStar, expect your karma to get hit -30 within 10 minutes from his 30 some odd throw-away forum accounts that he spent 2 weeks creating, JUST to neg people.

I'm not trying to sound patronizing, but any other boards anywhere else, and NorthernStar wouldn't have made it past his 2nd consecutive thread topic about sniffing his sisters underwear, or whatever dumb shit.
...  Wish someone would just ban idiots, simply for being stupid. Sr Mainsite is a free market... these boards? More like a free-for-all.  It's super unprofessional, uncool, and not funny. Just a waste of time and bandwidth.

If I could I would however as you know these forums are a platform for free speech irrespective how how inane, boring, stupid, idiotic and fucking offensive some of the posts may be. Anyone who has an issue with that policy I suggest you take it up with DPR, I am under clear instructions not to delete anything apart from spam or CP related stuff.

However NorthernStar I have already warned you that you are entering spam territory, this is your last warning.

6 minutes is pretty good response rate, really hoping they resolve your issue before your coins get transferred off SR.

All resolution matters are dealt with via the market site, you cannot get assistance via the forums I'm afraid as moderators have no access to buyer/seller account information. Please refer to the SR wiki to see how resolutions are decided and how escrow works.

Re your issue, if you and the vendor have not reached a resolution at the end of the resolution period then yes an admin will adjudicate on the case. Please ensure your most recent proposal in the resolution center reflects the resolution you are seeking, also make sure you respond to any counter proposals the vendor may make.

I've personally never come across an issue where shipping options have been abused, not to say it doesn't happen though, just never seen a post where this has been raised.

If someone did create a shipping option that was a blatant abuse then it would be investigated and dealt with on a case by case basis I would say so I'm not really sure it is possible to say where the line in the sand would be drawn.

Maybe an admin would care to comment?

We cannot help you via the forums, mods have no access to buyer/seller info on the market site, you will need to submit a customer support ticket.

I can tell you though that the only vendors can cancel an order for the first 4 days, after that the buyer can cancel themselves if the order has not been confirmed i.e. marked as 'in transit'.
