Transfers can take up to 10 or 12 hours sometimes, so I wouldn't be worrying just yet ;)

As the post above rightly pointed out sometimes deposits can take a bit longer, if it's not shown up after about 10 hours submit a customer support ticket via the market site and an admin will look into it for you.

Did you pay a fee when you did the transfer by the way? not paying a btc transaction fee can seriously slow things down.

Firstly, can I congratulate you on your forum handle, work of genius.

Secondly, as MC Haberdasher said if you turn off your online status and you won't get sent these stupid PM's anymore.

They have been demoted (banned). If your order is still in the processing stage submit a customer support ticket via the market site and an admin will cancel your order or you can cancel yourself after 4 days.

Customer support / Re: SR Login Phishing Scam Message received

Look it's early down under, I haven't even had a coffee yet and I've woken up to see another mass dumping of purported buyer info over night, indeed you are reporting it, thank you RS7FI8ZRkm  ;)

I have already responded to you in another thread and your PM re this but just to be clear, you will need to contact vendor support re this issue.

You will NEVER receive a legit PM asking for your BTC or trying to direct you to a link off SR, you should never click on those links either as they could compromise your online security.

Just report them and delete them.

1298
Just so you know though, all BTC addresses linked to your account are remembered so even if you sent the coins to an old BTC address they will still find their way into your account.

If you have had coins withdrawn from your account you should probably change you PIN and pass phrase immediately though whilst you waiting for support to get back to you just to be on the same side, you may have been phished.

Still trolling I see joolz.

SR does not keep any buyer information once an order has been confirmed as you well know.

Thread locked as resolved.

You will need to contact SR support via the market site, instructions on how to do that are in the sticky at the top of this board. You cannot get assistance for these types of issues via the forums.

You are not allowed to sell here without a vendors account.

If you ignore this warning your account may be deleted.

Just waking up and logging on now, I sleep occasionally so cannot be here 24/7 but it seems to have been dealt with.

Just so you know I have received multiple PM's since the last 'infowar' mass posting of purported buyers info claiming that the info is both bogus and legit so I'm not sure what to make of it. One person claims to have recognized the name and address of one persons info posted and that allegedly there is absolutely no way that person would have any idea about SR let alone use it and another from someone who claims to have recognized details they may have used for an order last year from the vendor linked to the first dumping of info.

Make of it what you will, it will get taken down as fast as possible when it happens as soon as an admin/mod sees it.

I got sent that too... four times so far tonight.
I  will never click it, but I always wonder what the link will do. Lol

Def a phishing link, you must have your online status switched on, turn it off and you won't get those stupid PM scam messages.
