Yeah when I stickied that thread last night it was an apparent delay issue, I see logging in today it has morphed into something else with the delay only being part of the problem..

Hope you got what you needed anyway.

Please refer to the sticky thread at the top of this board titled "DELAY WITH BITCOIN DEPOSITS"

The issue you are experiencing is being discussed there:

The order will not finalize unless it has been confirmed and marked as 'in transit', if it still says processing then the vendor hasn't progressed the order so you should either cancel it or ask the vendor what's going on.

You can cancel by clicking on where it says 'cancel' next to the order, if the vendor hasn't processed it after 17 days it seems unlikely they will, when were they last online?

For anyone who hasn't I would recommend reading DPR's thread on the recent upgrades to the feedback system, some of your concerns or questions may already have been answered:

11 hours now and still nothing. Just my luck, it was biggest deposit so far and typically this has to happen. Deposited yesterday with no problems. WHY thats all I want to know. Someone, somewhere must be playing games. There has to be a reason, what are the the best guesses? Hope for the best prepare for the worst.

My best guess is that there have been a lot of upgrades implemented on the market site just recently with all the changes to the feedback rating system and there are some bugs that need ironing out.

This issue is currently being discussed in this thread:

https://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion.to/index.php?topic=207692.0

Please keep discussion re the delay issue in the one thread, if everyone creates a new thread for the same issue the customer support board just becomes clogged and it doesn't help resolve the issue. I appreciate the anxiety this type of issue can cause, please be assured the admins are aware of the issue and will be working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

This issue has happened before on a number of occasions and it was resolved with every btc finding its way to the intended account.

If your coins have not arrived after 12 hours please submit a support ticket to SR support via the market site, links are in the sticky at the top of this board.

I will lock this thread to allow discussion to continue in the other thread.

Clearly a broader issue then, I alerted DPR and the admins to the delay issue hours ago so I would expect an update sometime soon if they haven't already resolved it.

Don't panic people and please try to be patient, it will get sorted out.

I noticed this, so say if you buy something and say it looks good at first glance but you dont have time to try or maybe you only try a little but then you try more in depth and then it turns out to be rubbish, then you will need to update your feedback to let everyone know you have been sold crap!

This needs fixing asap!

You don't need to leave feedback at the point of finalizing, just click out of the page after finalizing and the feedback will remain in your orders section until you are ready to leave it.

I am in the same boat, its very frustrating. I transferred my coins at 11.30am to my SR account and still no love and its nearly 5pm. Missed gold box cut off times and the missus will be home soon and she would have a fit if knew what I get up to. Damn! Usually takes one and half hours max so fuck knows whats going on, at least I am not the only one. Oh well what can you do? Just wait and pray they show I guess. Let me know if your coins come through and I will do the same. Fingers crossed!

Your coins will show up, whenever there are delays with deposits or withdrawals the forums light up like the 4th July with people posting panicked distressed messages and no matter how much reassurance they get they still panic.

Just remember there have been delays before and everyone got their coins eventually so even if this is a a broader issue your coins are not lost into the ether, they are just delayed.

Please also remember that you cannot get assistance for delays via the forums, moderators have no admin privileges on the market site, the only way you can get assistance is via SR support.

No issues that I am aware of, if they do not show after 10 hours contact SR support via the market site and have them look into it for you.

Good or Bad! I am back!
I cannot explain why 90% of buyers were happy and others were not. EVERY batch was the same. Smell, texture, rocks, etc.
I have not and do not plan on going back and re-hashing any complaints from people.
If no one decides to give my cola another try , then I will just have to enjoy it all myself.
After studying feedback, I have no idea why a majority pf buyers were thrilled and then others thought it was weak.  There was no bait and switch.  And I have talked to plenty of other vendors that warned of scammers using feedback for refunds or reships.
I busted my ass to package, secure, ship, and treat people right and there were still the complaints.
If had no "no show"(which I did'nt) packs and if there is some gesture I can make up to certain people that felt slighted, we can work on this.
I will not respond to random asshole responses but I am willing to help certain people that truly felt like they got something that was not up to par.
JUST believe that I pick up a bag of gear, I smell it, I try it, seems great, pack it, and ship it out.
Good luck to the buyers that become vendors and have to please cocaine users when cocaine is a finnicky drug with numerous factors that affect experience.  Let me know how that goes.
1. Heart beating fast? Yea, thats a stimulant.
2. Been doing a shitload of blow for days or weeks and your new batch is "weak"? Yea, you may need more than a key bump to feel something or take a break from coke. There is such thing as tolerance!
3. Jitters? Yea, see number one.
4.Having trouble sleeping? See #1.
5.   etc,etc.
Good luck to all!!!

I've had stronger coffee than the last batch you sent to me Kirby, sorry but to claim everyone who didn't rate your coke doesn't know what they are talking about is taking the piss, you had some serious quality control issues and you know it. It is also rather convenient that you disappeared when all the complaints started, never addressed any of them and are now back hoping the dust has settled.

You need to let your Dopamines repair and take a break.
No dust settled . You are just butthurt.

Great attitude you have going on there, I am sure that will have buyers flooding back to you.

I have a policy with vendors who sell me shit, I do not complain and I do not order from them again, life is too short to get into arguments over an 8 ball of coke. I wouldn't have even bothered posting in this thread if your responses to others hadn't incensed me so much.

Good luck vending, you're going to need it after this performance.

Customer support / Re: Bitcoin withdrawn from account while on SR
« on: August 27, 2013, 04:45 am »
I attempted to create an Atlantis Account and I do believe I used the same information.  Am I just screwed?  Man that makes me sick.  I was mid-purchase when my account was zero'd out.  I am disgusted.

There is your answer then, you were phished and your coins are gone I'm afraid.

You should never use the same credentials for SR as any other account, take your security seriously and create a unique and complex pass phrase and PIN that you do not use anywhere else.

Also please be mindful of phishing scams, there are multiple warnings posted all over these forums warning people about the Atlantis scam.

You will obviously need to change your PIN and pass phrase before using your account again.
