« on: September 08, 2013, 03:43 am »
Hello where I should click for a customer support ticket ? Can not find anything.

I knew you hadn't contacted SR support ;)

Have a read of the sticky thread at the top of this board, instructions on how to contact support are contained within.

hijacking the thread as to not make a new one.  I for some reason cannot log in at all.  I have 2 orders incoming and I won't be able to finalize them.  Even when I put in a wrong captcha, it just returns "login failed"  Not sure if there's something else going on but it doesn't quite make sense to me.

You need to follow the procedure for pass phrase reset.

Please refer to the SR wiki, here is a link to the issue you are having:

I'm looking at it right now, same place it's always been...

Are you saying you cannot see it on your screen?

Customer support / Re: Chances in the resoluton centre
« on: September 07, 2013, 11:25 pm »
Why did you order from a vendor with that account history? what do describe had red flag written all over it.

Anyway as cirrus said every resolution case is different, it is not possible for us to speculate on possible outcomes I'm afraid. If you end up in the resolution center you please just state your case as succinctly, non emotively and factually as possible detailing the proposed resolution you are seeking.

As for the bitcoins localbitcoins.com tends to be fairly easy and anonymous

Localbitcoins is def one good option to look into.

Hey just want to ask a couple of things. first, what is escrow? seen it mentioned loads of times but no idea what it means.
and the second question is which is the best place to buy bitcoins in the UK? which ones you brits use the most and are happy with. any input and advice would be great, cheers.

You need to read everything in the SR wiki:

https://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion.to/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page

Post your questions after reading that.

Stay frosty...

Don't spam the sticky threads, they are here for your information not your race to 50.

Technical support / Re: Resolution Center Help
« on: September 07, 2013, 07:18 am »
Wheres the resolution center?  For the first time ever i need it and i dont know where it is....

You move an order into the resolution center by clicking next to it where is say "Resolve".

You can then propose the resolution you are seeking, this is the resolution center.

Newbie discussion / Re: Privnote vs PGP
« on: September 07, 2013, 07:00 am »
PGP is the safer alternative because you are not entrusting your information to a 3rd party.

Do not use Privnote, anyone remember what just happened to Tormail?

End of discussion.

enough of this politics talk, what the hell is going on with domestic MDMA??

deposited money to get some of those PG's they sold out before all the money transferred, theres pretty much nothing else on there atm. and people on there are jacking there prices back up to around 250.
Haha, PG's are the favourite amongst my group of friends.

I've got some Green Androids on the way, supposed to be fucking awesome :)
I want some, but I could only find them sent from NL and I don't even bother with that country..  :(
Although once I ordered speed from Germany, but was sent from NL and it came in a bag that had leaked and the envelope had been wet at some point and it STUNK like amphetamine from the outside. That chemically, bitter smell it has. I could smell it from about 1 metre away. I have no idea how that arrived. It was just a big lump of leaking speed paste inside a piece of paper in an envelope  :-\

Did you pay extra for the "Super Stealth" shipping option? Can you imagine how many other mail items were contaminated with the leaky amphetamine? the dogs were clearly having the day off that day.

Yes the Green Androids are coming from N/L and I just know they ARE going to make it :D

Newbie discussion / Re: I gave wrong address to vendor
« on: September 07, 2013, 03:17 am »
my instinct is to call the business to see if they have yet to hand it over, they wouldnt have opened it. its been nearly a week though. Dont want it opened and questions asked,  thought the amounts are small.  or just be super safe,  let it go and write it off.

What does your gut instinct tell you to do?

Depends on what happens to those letters, they will probably end up in the dead letter room being opened by a postal inspector, if it's just small amounts they are hardly going to mount an operation on mail im that street. Just use the right address in future.
