If you messaged in resolution an admin should cancel the order for you when they review the case, how long does the resolution period have to run for? you can also contact SR support and ask them to cancel the order as well to speed things up.

They threatened a buyer, the days of where the big boys got a free pass are over, the admins are taking a no nonsense approach to vendor behavior and if you break the rules you will be demoted, even if you are one of SR's biggest vendors.

Yes you are breaking a rule, a rule that might get your account banned.

You need a vendors account to sell/trade anything on these forums, trying to do so without one will result in your account being deleted.

Just make sure the money is evenly distributed inside the envelope so it feels flat to the touch and check check and tripe check the address you are sending it to including a return address you have use of that checks out just in case there is an issue with delivery.

If you want to send me a test shipment of cash to see if it all goes to plan I can give you an address ;)
