It would come down to your word against the vendors in the resolution center. You can't 'prove' anything beyond stating your case and proposing a resolution. If the vendor rejects the proposal it will come down to an admin reviewing the case, if your situation is a one off you probably will not get very far, if there are others making similar complaints you may be in with a stronger chance.

It is impossible to predict the outcome of a resolution matter as every case is different.

Not sure what to say really, if what you are saying is true then either the vendor fucked up your address or auspost fucked up the delivery. Why are you using your real name anyway for AU domestic? you can use any name safely in AU and fucked if I would be handing over my real details to an anonymous drug dealer on the internet.

All you can do is take it through to resolution, if the tracking says delivered to a different suburb from where you live you may have some leverage but if the vendor is of very good standing you probably will not get too far.

Personally I would say to the vendor if escrow is not an option then can you please just cancel the order. If you FE you give up all your protection and based upon what you have described my confidence would not be very high right about now. If they will not cancel take it to resolution when you are able, the vendor has stated they have not yet shipped your order and you are well withing your rights to ask for the order to be cancelled if they are asking you to FE.

Anyone else miss the doc? seems quite sad how one of SR's best vendors can just fade into obscurity, he was really unwell a few months ago and I'm guessing his health just did not improve.

100% honest vendor who only sold quality product, guarded him like a precious secret when he was actively vending, now hes gone I just wonder if he is ok or not, if you read this doc I hope you are on the mend mate :(

Not tried Meerkovo's, though when I was checking out the UK's offering, I whittled it down to him and DrCol, I went for DrCol and was actually extremely impressed with what I received, it was amongst the best I've had off the road, only Kolbitz's washed coke was better, have to say, I've not tried Studio54 yet, though he isn't domestic, for me.
So, yep, I can definitely give DrCol my seal of approval!

What batch from DrCol did you try? his most recent shale batch?

I have a similar problem, where can I contact SR support. Is it in the forum or on SR?

Log into your market site SR account, in the bottom right-hand corner you will see where is says "Support", click on that and it will take you to a page with some advice and further instructions. On that page underneath all the text you will see it will says "Contact customer support".

Click there and you will be taken through to where you will be able to submit a customer support ticket.

I cannot really comment on what SR support would/will respond with, you will have pursue this matter with them directly I'm afraid.

With regards to the blank withdrawal that is how most are shown on your account for security reasons, SR support however will able to see where the coins when and do some digging for you.

Best thing you can do is wait until you hear from SR support now if you have definitely submitted a customer support ticket.

Update:

Now vendors listings have been removed, BUT, it says he/she has not logged on!!  How is this possible??!!

If a vendor dpoes not log in for 3 days their account is automatically put into vacation mode and all listings are taken down. I assume that is what has happened in this instance.

If you sent SR support a customer support ticket a few days ago you would have had a response by now, normal wait time is around 12 hours sometimes 24 but there are no delays on responses at the moment so I do not know what happened in your instance, you should contact them again.

I would strongly advice against depositing any coins into your account until you have full control and have changed the pass phrase and PIN to something unique. You should also do a scan of your machine and check it for malware, rootkits, key loggers etc.

Also you should know that forum moderators cannot assist you with issues relating to your market site account, only SR admins can.
