So I tried to read the original post. It is hard for me when it is written like that.
That being said I am not an English snob nor am I all about punctuation. But people this is a forum and we need to read these post. At least take the time when you are starting a thread to reread it and at least make it readable. End rant.

So this is from a vendor point of view. Mine. Mine only. I do not speak for any vendor but myself.
We don't exist with out the buyer. That is a fact. But there is a LOT more of you then us. We deal with way more bullshit then you can even imagine. The customers that ACTUALLY buy from me are fantastic. I have had over 120 in the last month. Only 1 bad. It was my first month on SR. Not my first in dealing with selling product. I totally agree with a lot that was said before my post. But some I disagree. There is no reason at all for a vendor not to respond to your questions. I believe never. But I can see a vendor ignoring your question if it is already answered on his vendor page. Even if his response was just to say "see vendor page for answer" I can see how a vendor would not even want to do that. Again, I disagree but I would understand their point.
I believe that you the buyer should not complain about a vendor.Let me explain. Just do not use them. Yes you can come in here after you deal with them and tell your true story. Good or bad. But in truth you should do your homework before you use that vendor. If they are new then message them and ask questions. Try to ask all your questions in one message. Please read the vendor page and the listing page FIRST. If your question is not answered then ask. If they fail to respond within 24 hours. Don't do business with them. SIMPLE.
Never FE. Period. If you do and you get screwed it is your fault. Yes, I know that is a harsh answer that you will for sure argue with me. But truth is you have been warned 100's of times. You are told on the check out page not to. So it is your fault. I don't think any vendor should ask for FE. PERIOD. Again, that is my opinion but I understand some of the other vendors opinions and to each is there own. You have a choice. You make that decision.
If you took all the vendors and all the sellers there are way more sellers that are scammers then vendors % wise. It is not close. This is not eBay. Vendors should give you good customer service. That being said they can do business however they want. They do not have to be nice to you. They do not have to answer your questions. There only job is to get you what you ordered as fast as they can. PERIOD. This site is about selling you things. Nothing else. Vendors realize that they have what you want. There are a lot more of you. Some vendors do not give a fuck about your questions or you. They want your BTC. They want to give you what you need. That is it. It really is that simple. If you don't buy someone else will. Sorry it is just a fact.
Though I don't do business like that I can see those vendors point. Especially with some of the products those vendors sell. I can tell you I sell pain medications and Xanax. Without question. It is not even close. Xanax customers are the worst. Not all. And to be honest it's not the actual buyers. It is all the "buyers" I deal with that are actually scammers and junkies. Like I said the actual buyers I have are really good and I have not had 1 bad experience with a Xanax buyer of mine. Out of the 120+ customers I had one asshole and it happened to be a Norco buyer. But the messages I get that are "scammers" are always asking or trying to get Xanax. I would think it would have been pain medication. I was wrong. It is 50-1 in favor of Xanax customers. You wouldn't even believe the stories and the messages I get over Xanax. I have had some buyers that tired after the sale to scam me. But it didn't work. And I was able to maneuver. I would love to tell the story. I have to save that for the vendor forum.
Some customers that contact me act as if I need them and it is their rules. It is not. It is my rules. If you do not like my rules then do not deal with me. It is really that simple. This post is not about me and how I do business. It is about the shit I/we go through as vendors. Like I said, I agree with a lot that has already been said. The vendor that posted was right on. Actually one of the posters in this thread is a customer of mine. They are very good.
I believe a customer should shoot a message to the vendor and tell them they are going to order xxxx. They should ask how long it will take to process and get in the actual mail. I would hate if I was a buyer to have the vendor mark in transit and not actually have mailed it. Trust me it is a pain for me to have the order packaged and ready to go and not confirm it. But I do not confirm packages until they actually get shipped. It is hard when you have 20 orders pending and you have them all packaged and I can't mark in transit for another say 6 hours. I still can't believe I get orders for large amounts and they do not message me. On one side it is nice and easy. But in truth I would rather them contact me first. I think most of the buyers that have dealt with me would tell you I try and work with them and give them as much information as I can. But my operation is relatively small. And I still answer 50 messages a day. And it is a lot of work.
In that message should be a heads up of what you are about to order and you should ask the vendor how long it will take to get the order processed and actually shipped. That way you know and if you do not like the time he gives you.... you can not order or explain what you expect to the vendor. Maybe they can meet your expectations. Maybe they will tell you to fuck off. Maybe you will them. It will for sure give you a better understanding on whet to expect.
After you get a response you should place the order. Nothing worse then having a conversation with a buyer and after 10 messages back and fourth they tell me they will make the purchase in a few days. Then a few days comes and they don't order. Then after 5 days they come back and either ask why the listing is gone(it was sold you stupid fuck) or they tell me they are ready why am I not. Contact the vendor when you are ready to buy. It makes it easier.
If is terrible when a customer orders THEN starts asking questions. Then they are not happy and they just say cancel my order. They could easily have avoided that. And if they piss of the vendor and they want to be a dick they could wait for 4 days then refund you. Now I would not do that. But I would like to... to some people. Some buyers are just plain nasty. As are vendors I am sure. But in truth most of us vendors have to be a little smart. We didn't just spend 3 minutes to create an account.
When you contact a vendor and you are having a conversation.... please refresh your browser after you send your message at least every minute. It is fucking terrible when I am "chatting" with you and I am sitting there for 10min waiting for you to respond. The message system is awesome. EXCEPT when you are trying to have an ongoing conversation. The only way to get around it is to keep hitting refresh. Period.
Realize that unlike you I am never just speaking to you. Almost always I am doing multiple things. You almost always are just "speaking" to me. I know you would like to believe I only care about you. I do care. But I have a lot of other things to do. I need to take care of business. I can't do it when you are asking me tons of questions.
Read feedback. Really read it. It should give you a great picture of a vendor. If the vendor has a less then 100 feedback, don't be scared off. Read the feedback. If they have a lot of 5/5 and just a couple other less then 5/5 realize that they are probably an awesome vendor and it was just a couple shitty buyers. Also look at the buyers 1/5. See what they actually say. If it was a long time ago then pay it no attention. Use your brain.
After you purchase an item and you see it has been marked in transit do not contact the vendor the next day and ask how long for it to get there. We have no fucking clue for the most part. Unless you ordered over nite service. Do not fucking contact your vendor about receiving date till at least day 3. Period!! Realize you are not our only customer. you should have asked BEFORE you purchased the item. If they told you 5 days it has been 4. Do not contact vendor. If they said 5 and it is day 5 do not contact vendor. Wait for the mail on day 6. Then AFTER the mail has been delivered and it is not there... contact the vendor. Be nice.
Yes I have had a buyer complain the package is not there yet. And it was 6 am his time!!! (yes it arrived that day.... no they didn't contact me to say sorry)
Have some patience.
Be nice. Do not threat your feedback to a vendor. Do not complain to the mods about the language the vendor uses or if he calls you an idiot. If they say that to you... it is 99.999% you are way fucking worse then an idiot. Don't be annoying. We do want to help you. But we are not a charity. I try and help every buyer. But I have helped over 15 buyers. Not one of them that promised to give me the 1 or under BTC they are short back. NOT ONE!!
I get all kinds of request from my buyers. They send 10 questions. All demanding some service from me. I do it. They get there package and they don't even say thanks. They don't finalize for 3 days. Then they never mention in there feedback about what I did. BEFORE they get there drugs they have all the time in the world. But once they get the package all of a sudden they are not in a big hurry.
Realize it takes about 2 min for you to change your name. Not so for us. We can't weed out the fucking idiots. We do not need your advice on how to sell or package. We don't need you to tell us are prices are to high. The suggestions from a buyer of mine are nice. I like the thank you's. You leaving me feedback is your way of saying "thanks". I believe that every buyer should with out question do everything they can to let the vendor fix the problem. I believe you should understand that mistakes happen. And you should be cool and understanding. You will get a lot more that way. Leaving 4/5 is bullshit. I understand that every vendor is not a 5/5. But I believe you should give the vendor a chance to fix any problems and if they do it is a 5/5.
You need vendors here. There will always be buyers. Good vendors are hard to come buy. I had a buyer(he happened to be a vendor) that purchased an item that was$76. He bought that and like 7 bars at $4.88 and 3 Roxie at $25.88. I found out that I had made the error pricing. I contacted him and told him I was going to cancel his order. I am not Nordtrom. If I make a mistake like that I am not going to honor the price. PERIOD. But when I contacted him he said" LOL.. I knew it was to good to be true! you sure you don't want to sell it to me...lol.. no problem man...I still want the other things".
He got the other items for free. I even sent it overnight to them. In his feedback he never mentioned it. He got that service because I felt bad and he handled it perfect. But if I told you I was not disappointing about his feedback I would be lying. But I would never contact him to change it. It is HIS feedback and he can leave what he wants. There is 100% something wrong with our feedback system. The fact you can go back months later and change it is terrible. This is a whole other thread so I won't say more.
To complain about a vendors cockiness and attitude is a joke. Again I don't even know why someone would complain about those things. If I was a buyer I would want to deal with a cocky vendor. I would want him to tell me I will love his product and he is the best. That would be awesome. As long as it was true! But some buyers have small dicks. And they hate there life(I don't blame them). And you can never make those people happy. Some vendors have small dicks too. And they are miserable. And they are just terrible vendors. I would hope that none of you deal with them. If you do, then come in here and tell everyone. Just be honest.
Feedback is important. Don't leave these examples....
A++++
Thank you
your awesome
got it
well I ordered and got it in 3 days. not that fast but ok
Leave feedback that tells about your experience. Tell people what you got, how the vendor was, paint a picture. Take a minute or so. It is the least you can do. We risk our freedom. Yes you do too. But not like we do.
If your not contact the vendor and explain your problem. If they fix it..... leave the appropriate feedback. It is that simple. If something go's wrong don't be crazy. Don't panic. Contact your vendor and give them time to get to your message. It could take 12 hours. Don't message support. They are very busy with other idiots. Don't you be one too. Trust me be nice and be cool. You will get treated right. If you don't. Then come in here and fucking blast them. Leave them 1/5. Tell them you hope they die. Do whatever you feel is right. Just be honest.
Sorry for the long post... AGAIN
