Title: What do vendors see when they look at buyer's stats?
Post by: painbow on September 06, 2012, 10:00 pm
This is all I see when I look at my own:

Total transactions:
Total spent: ฿
Refund rate:
Auto-finalize rate:
Member for:

Is there anything else vendors see that you can't on a regular account?

One of my orders is a few hours away from becoming available for me to cancel because the vendor has not shipped it 4 days after the order. If I cancel the order once that option is enabled, does that show as a refund in my buyer stats?

It does not come up as a refund in buyer stats. Just went through the same situation.

OK, good to know. Thanks, dogeater.

So what does constitute a refund for buyer stats? It has to be marked as shipped, then buyer opens a dispute with SR support, then that results in a refund in buyer stats?

its correct it does not show in your stats but id always contact the vendor and ask why it had not been shipped before canceling anything cos if your vendor hedges escrow and you cancel the order you loose the 4% hedging fee not the vendor, so it makes no sense to cancel an order unless absolutely necessary cos you will lose money in the process
