In the feedback section, I'd like to see the "ranking" of the user giving feedback. Make it a 0-100 scale like for sellers and base it on whatever you want or just reflect back what sellers see of customer rankings, but I'd like to know if all of the feedback is from newbie accounts or from accounts who have been around for a while with lots of successful orders. This can be done without leaking anonymity. I know that a metric like this can be gamed as well, but it at least ups the requirements to game the metric.

I think that's an awesome idea. Buyer rankings could actually weigh the seller rankings.
There's a guy threatening to make a bunch of accounts to ruin reputations and scam folks, this could actually help somewhat against that.

I just got a scammer buyer that would early finalize and trick you into thinking that he received your package and all was well, then wait a week and claim that he didn't receive anything and change your feedback score if you didn't succumb to his demands. (check out the 'williamgates' thread in the general topic forum). This would at least be reflected in his feedback rating so I could make a decision to not do business with him.

Just send out small orders only for firstime buyers. If its something small and you have to refund then that sucks but you are not losing it all.
