Title: I have a PGP key, someone sent me an encrypted message - WTF do I do now???
Post by: b1g1mpact on May 13, 2013, 05:45 am
Hi Guys,

Steep security learning curve - wondered if anyone can help. I have a PGP, have set up GPA (GNU privacy assistant) with Kleopatra etc. I provided my public key, and now I have an encrypted message back. I'm probably being a dumbass, but what do I need to do to decrypt the message?

Any help gratefully received :-)

There is a button in the GPA called "Clipboard". Pop the encrypted message in there and click decrypt.
