Title: BAD Experience with Delivery Boy.
Post by: RooRoo on October 25, 2012, 01:34 pm
My opinion...DO NOT SEND HIM MP#.

Delivery Boy stole $150 from me.

I responded to his BitCoin advertisement. I inquired, he agreed. I sent him a MP number. He cashed the MP five days and didn't deliver the coins. Led me on for a while...then cancelled the order (so there could be no feedback).

I'm a big boy and know the risks going in. Still it's really disappointing to get taken on a sum that took you several months to build up.

Another frustrating aspect is that I did look at page 1 of his form posting (this form) and it all looked on the up and up.

Seems he’s a polished thief and quite adept at working the system.

DON'T SEND HIM MONEY.
DON'T TRY AND BUY HIS PRODUCT.
HE IS A SCAM ARTIST.

HE IS A THIEF.

I have kept all communications between us, if anyone is interested.

This is all my personal experience, hence opinion. Please feel free to post your MP experience with him, good or bad.

Roo

I've used him once before. Horrible experience. I got the coins but it took forever and his exchange rate was whacked.

He is a fucking tool bag. Send SR Support a message about how he fucked you..he is very close to being shut down!!!!
The scum took me for $500..PAY BACKS A BITCH!!!!

Call Money Pak they already have his info on file and know he is stealing MP #'s. They are investigating him..I was told by MP he will be stopped from doing this VERY soon.

Talk to SR staff. If there is evidence for the transaction and you gave him your BTC address then the blockchain can be used to verify whether or not a payment was made.

What a cocksucker. No one on this site is to be trusted besides sugarmama for MP's.

If you are a good vendor, for anything on here, it is going to stand in your favor in the long term. Because if you're using PGP, then you can use a PGP sig to prove you're a legit vendor in the distant future. Your sig is like a form of credit. In the future we shall have credit ratings agencies for vendors/buyers based on such ideas. In this fashion social credit can be separated from individuals identities or alts.

Unfortunately I came upon this thread too late. I sent him a moneypak worth $500.00 and he stole every cent of it. Upfront he was quick with communication and told me he could turn my order around in 24 hours. The second I placed the order he ignored all my future messages, cashed my moneypak and cancelled my order so I couldn't leave negative feedback. I have reported everything to SR Admin. They need to shut this scum bag down and until then everyone should avoid him like the plague.

I've had a similar experience to all of you. I placed an order for BTC on Wednesday. He cashed my MoneyPak but never delivered and, like everyone else it seems, cancelled my order without explanation. The delivery boy is a complete scammer. Avoid him.

Just for some future insight, a MP to BTC transaction really shouldnt take longer than a couple of hours. If you do a transaction like this with an unproven vendor and dont have bitcoins within a reasonable amount of time with NO communication from the vendor, CALL GREENDOT! You do not have to use your real info when calling, file a fraud complaint and they are pretty quick to freeze the persons account. This happened to me, where a BTC vendor tried scamming me and I actually got the money back(crazy, I know). I just acted quick seeing as I knew he was trying to run off with the money. All I had to do was purchase a card, and Greendot put the money I claimed back on it.
