I have sent my recent orders to a foreclosed home I found (in the US). At first I thought this was a genius idea but now I'm having second thoughts and can't stop worrying.
will the mail get delivered to the foreclosed house or will it be flagged as suspicious? PLEASE tell me it will get delivered D: Thanks.

As with nearly everything, it depends on implementation.
Doubtless there is some post from the original occupants. So you could use their names.
Other people say that it's a concern, but it clearly depends on how long the previous occupants has been gone.
One useful aspect of this strategy is foreclosed houses may have websites which show you how long they've been about, when visits/open days are happening etc. And of course phone calls to the realtor aren't remotely suspect.

What name did you use?

Okay I checked a website and the home was foreclosed 25 days ago.
I used a fake name. I suppose I could have used the homeowners name but I'm worried they might have something set up that has their mail forwarded to wherever they live now, and I don't want them opening up my LSD! I hope I didn't mess it up by using a fake one :(

Ah! Mail Forwarding. Good point.
However you should be able to figure out if they're wealthy enough to set that up by looking into their mail box. Foreclosed house = probably not a whole lot of spare cash about to pay for a remailer. Naturally you want to be very sure of that.

true that :)
I talked to the seller and he was able to change the name on the address to the name of the previous owner which I found before shipping it tomorrow. Hopefully this works.

This is a very stupid plan!!
FYI Mail forwarding is free in America when doing change of address. All you have to do is fill out a form at the post office and check the box for the amount of time you need..I think you can do 3, 6, or 9 months.
Any mail addressed to the previous tenants name will be sent to their new address.
If you can't get a fake ID to set up a PO box then have it sent to your home address in your real name.

Huh, I certainly did not know that ???
Sorry about that Jeff!

Mail forwarding is definitely free.
Why dont you send a test letter first and see if it shows up?
or even check the mailbox for mail thats sitting around. if so check how long has it been sitting around - should give you an idea of how often they pick it up if they dont have mail forwarding.

This ^ ideally would have been the best plan before going ahead and ordering your 'cid.

I agree that mail forwarding would suck ;). Maybe addressing it to a generic name ("Residents of blah blah", I get those all the time from companies) will fix that? Also, be aware that the realtor might show people around and at that point put the mail inside the house or something similar. I don't know if you wanna be breaking in to get your blotters.

Should have just shipped to own address LSD is one of the hardest drugs to detect due to the small amount of LSD on a tab and many other factors.
