Title: First Class Shipping Price Increase

Shipping increased almost .25 cents per ounce on the 22nd. So adjust accordingly.

Price hikes across the board, not just First Class. Priority with DCN now $5.90.

Fuck USPS. Sometimes things need to be mailed, and them raising prices isn't helping anything...
