Title: How to convert from Bitcoin to Cash?

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie (looks suitably doe-eyed).

Getting B$ Anonymously doesn't appear to be a problem.

Receiving B$ Anonymously doesn't appear to be a problem.

Turning B$ into hard currency does seem to be an issue though.

How is it done?

Ideally I want completely Anonymous methods of converting B$ into USD, EUR and GDP cash.
Ideally a legitimate bank account wouldn't be involved in the process at all.

This seems like a really hard one, so I'd appreciate answers.  8)

Sell ​​the Bitcoins by Western Union or for more anonymity : receives cash by mail under a false name.
