If you have some spare wire snips + wire stripper and a spare Ethernet cable + a spare RJ-45 clip you can make it yourself with an online tutorial. Or you can just buy a new one for like $5. Anyway, this will enable you to share resources across the two machines and there's probably some software out there to help you setup a streamlined internet sharing arrangement. YMMV.
