Just so you don't think I'm a total lackey, I have read pages 1-2 and 79-81of this thread. Please dear Pine, don't make me read the entire goddamn thing ! If you knew the trouble I had yesterday just collecting my bitcoins from the cyber black hole, you would surely offer me hugs in addition to assistance. So where am I at with this ? Well I've downloaded Gpg4win and successfully created and saved my private and public keys. Then I hit a wall. I've read tutorials explaining how to attach my key to an email, but can't really (at all ?) figure out how to encrypt a simple message (like an address) using mine and the vendors keys.Spoon-feeding would be greatly appreciated.Yes, the thread has become awfully long. I'll reboot it today. If you're using Gpg4win, then you need to have the GPA installed. Then you need to run gpa.exe. Then you need to open the clipboard (it's a button in the GPA). You type a message to pine in there, and you encrypt it to my public key. You may have to import my public key if you haven't already done that. Also, you'll need to give me your public key. This is achieved by right clicking on your pgp key and selecting 'copy', then paste into the clipboard along with your message. Then encrypt all that and send me the resulting output, either in this thread or via PM. Breaking that down:1. Make sure you've the GPA installed.2. Run gpa.exe. It will be in the installation folder of Gpg4win.3. Import pine's public key. This is usually done by copy pasting pine's public key into a text file, saving that, and then importing that file into the GPA.4. Right click on your pgp key. Select copy. 5. Open up the clipboard, it's a button on the GPA's menu and paste into that. Then write a message to me or whatever. 6. While you've still got the GPA's clipboard open, select "encrypt" and choose my public key (PGPClubRevolution) and select Ok.7. Once you have the encrypted text, PM it to me or post it on this thread.
