That was pretty TLDR, so basically vendors are up to 1215.78% or ~10 times less likely to have packages intercepted due to electronic drug detection devices and dogs if they use HDPP plastic. It's not massively relevant in terms of the overall volume picture, probably more packages are lost than intercepted, but it *does* matter hugely to the vendor in terms of the risks he or she is taking.P.S. 60% - 70% less likely I said before?
