A small suggestion on the rating system:
I dont think that its nice to derive a percentage rating from a 5 point rating scale. Using the same scale for both feedback representation would give people a better opportunity to rate vendors more accurate (1 very bad, 2 bad, 3 mid, 4 good, 5 very good) because i think that in the current system many people are afraid to rate someone 4/5 because 80% sounds much worser than 4/5.
So my suggestion is to use the scale 1-5 with for example 1 decimal place instead of the 0-100% scale in the vendor profile.
To make it more clear what i mean: just show 5*(percentage rating)/100 instead of (percentage rating) in the profile :D
