Thank god the forums are back up! Missed this place! It is common for people to draw the conclusion that vendors didn't reply based on whether their message was opened. This is a poor conclusion to make. I spend 8 hours a day answering messages and do many things to speed the task up. One of these is to open all the messages at once. This reduces the time to wait for the message and it also allows composing to most questions even when SR is down. If SR goes down, a more urgent issue comes up, or bedtime rolls around I reply to the messages when I can. Your order was in fact shipped Sunday night. When things get busy it is necessary to do multiple shipping runs per day, otherwise when crunch time runs around I would not be able to keep my guarantee of shipping all orders placed by noon the same day.
