I don't read the forums, I just found these complaints because a customer pointed me at them so I didn't know about them until now. Rather than dispute publicly I have sent PMs to seth and anonemouse PM asking them to message me on SR where I do read messages to see if we can figure out what happened. Having these people say "nod made it right" is better than anything I could say any day. Hopefully I can win these people over with kindness rather than switching to guns. I have not knowingly sent out any bad product to anybody. I do keep track of all customers who complaint to me on SR and if I get 0 or 1 complaint in an ounce I assume it is the customer, if I get more than 1 complaint out of an ounce I start looking to see if there is a quality issue. There have been 4 quality issues in six months, for each of those issues I have reshipped at my cost to every single customer at my expense. In reality, out of almost 500 orders I have exactly 3 negative feedback. Two are from the same person (doublejkso), he claims non delivery but the truth is that we went to resolution and I proved via DCN that I delivered the product to his zip code, shipped on the day that I claimed, and I was able to recite his address from the DCN. He was just looking for a freebie. So this means there is only 1 negative feedback based on quality out just under 500 orders, and the reason for that is because I am sure the customer is full of it and extorting me. Here are some facts: * I have never sent out a bad gram knowingly, I track customer complaints and when there is a legitimate issue I fix it at my cost via a reship * I have never required a single FE * Excluding SR down time, there is only one day in six months where I did not ship, and every order ever placed by noon has been shipped same day. * Excluding people who treat me rudely first, I am extraordinarily polite (if you treat me rudely I get very mean quickly, but I make no apologies for that) * I ship faster, more reliably, and more consistent product than any BTH vendor on SR I don't think any other vendor can make any one of those claims, much less all of them. The only other negative talk I know of is from subsandaddy, a competing vendor. Basically he's having a feud with me. I helped him with advice before he was a vendor, and I sold him a product at discount as an olive branch. I haven't done a thing wrong to him, he's just mad for whatever reason. If I pasted the contents of our private messages it would be clear what's going on, but I'll try to be bigger than that. I am very tempted, it's really funny how much of a fool he made of himself and we'd all get a laugh, but I'll try and hold out and keep it private out of professionalism. I may not succeed.. so damned funny. Anyhow I hope that clears things up. Hopefully those people saying negative things (excluding competing vendors) will soon be singing praises once I work things out with them.
