Harry, I try not to respond to criticism under a "don't feed the trolls" policy (except for that loon yesterday) but I think you are sincere and just misunderstand so I am going to make an exception. Your mentioned that I raised the price on express and that it's too expensive: First, thank you for the compliment. I try hard to be the best vendor I can and I appreciate that you've recognied it. I am not going to defend the price of the product, I could but honestly feel no need, free market can do that for me. I'll just keep delivering superior product, consistently, reliably, quickly, fix my errors, and happily serve the mature, professional customers that I target as they get sick of being let down by other vendors. I do however want to make a comment about the price of express because I think you either missed or left out an important point: Express went up today for my safety and priority went down.
