What happened to nod? Hey guys, I went on an unplanned vacation a few weeks back and although I don't read the forums these days typically when vendors leave it's for some type of scandal so I thought I'd say say hi and tell people what's up. --Where'd nod go?-- I was overworked, stressed from typical business activities: Supply issues, operational costs, and the occcasional asshole customer. Nothing too out of the ordinary. If you have run a business before you surely know exactly what I mean. I stepped back and took a look at things to decide if I wanted to continue. I decided yes, so I spent a few weeks trying to improve operations to save time so I can serve SR and still have some sort of personal life. I've made some improvements and am ready to serve up the same delicious product you've all grown to love --Current status-- I'm shipping again! The product is exactly the same, in fact the ounces I'm shipping out right now are the same ones I was shipping when I closed shop. The supplier hasn't changed however as suppliers aren't consistent I'm looking for new ones continuously, but there is no plan to change in the near future. Terms and conditions haven't changed. The only possible exception would be if I get a huge tsuanmi of orders I may have to cancel or delay a few a day (which I have never done to this point, but with the landscape having changed I'm bracing for a storm). --Customer service-- Customer service is my big thing! same great service as always: * historically speaking no order placed by noon has failed to ship the same day * No customer has ever been charged for a product that hasn't arrived * No customer has ever been required to FE * I keep track of all customer complaints and when I make a mistake it is very quickly apparent. Three such mistakes have happened over the course of my time here and in every case I have fixed the problem for every affected customer whether they contacted me or not (I contact them). These fixes went out at my cost with express shipping. * My delivery success rate is 98.7% (391 out of 396 packages) * I have never made a promise to a customer that I did not keep. * I have never knowingly sent out a bad gram (14 did go out total since the grand opening, but as described above I fixed this for every affected customer even if didnt mention it) * No order has ever been light. I actually ship a slight (undisclosed) amount heavy to make sure 1.000 usable grams come out. --Disclaimers-- * My comment about all orders placed by noon have shipped the same day is not the same as a guarantee. * I take no responsibility for USPS performance --What's changing-- * While I am going to continue to treat friendly, reasonable customers like gold as always, rude or unreasonable customers will not be tolerated. * I have decided my largest risk at this time is express orders so I am going to push people more towards priority for my safety. If you have any great ideas please message me, until then I'm just going raise the price for express until I drop to 3 express per day. Other than that nothing's changing. I am still your best bet for great service, great tar, fast delivery, compliments for your sexy photos (women only please :p) Nod
