Hey guys - I try hard to keep 100% customer satisfaction and I bend over backwards for customers to keep them happy, but sometimes it is just not possible.  In this case the customer didn't know how to use BTH and tried snorting it as a powder rather than dissolving it and he is upset that he wasted some product. I would have helped him out like I have with all past complaints but he is acting hostile and not civilized, I don't think he'd give me positive feedback even if I gave him a refund, and it's not my style to fold to bullies anyway. Anyhow, I hate airing my dirty laundry but I want people to know I really am a (100) vendor, it's just not always possible to please everyone. All BTH originally comes off the rock hard like this. The reason what you get on the street is goopy is in order to cut it people add water to soften it so they can mix the cut in. The fact that this is rock hard is proof that I haven't cut it. If you want it to ball up you can put it in your hands and huff on it, the moisture from your breath will make it softer and you can ball it up. >Do I need to acidify this? You are doing it wrong - you cant snort BTH as a powder. If you want to snort it you have to dissolve it in water then snort the water. It's a little painful (snorting water) but if you are a snorter you are probably already used to flushing your nose out with water to clean it so it's no worse than that. The good news is it wont sting for long because its heroin Don't add much water, it is very surprising how little water it takes to dissolve, if you overdo it you'll have a lot of snorting to do. It is very common (and clever!) to dissolve in water and then stick it in an afrin bottle so you can snort secretly in public. > Or, is it just preferable to smoke this stuff? Smoking is the most common route, but not really for any good reason. Snorting is quite effective, you just need to dissolve it in water like I mentioned. While I am not trying to encourage you to smoke, I will tell you that this BTH is the most smokable heroin you will ever find because of its lack of cut. Smokers love the flavor. This is an acquired taste of course. You smoke it off foil with a lighter and tube, just like meth. If you decide to smoke and never have let me know and I'll try to describe it to you. I will warn you that smoking takes practice and you're likely to waste a lot. I have a MUCH cheaper product here I could sell you ($100/gm) for learning to smoke. It's a lot harsher, but you wont be wasting as much money while you learn. You can also plug it (dissolve in water and stuck it in your butt like an enema). Plugging is a very efficient and potent way to do any drug, if the idea doesnt creep you out. And lastly, you can inject it IV, IM, or SC. IV is the most potent way to use heroin. IM is low potency, long duration, typically used for long term cost effective pain relief. I have no idea why people inject SC. Let me know if I can help. I could be wrong, I don't know everything. :-) But you are telling me you're having trouble with that method, and I have only done it with water (and heard of others doing it with water), so who knows. I probably should have mentioned this to you since this was only your second purchase but it didn't occur to me. The way SR works everybody leaves 5/5 unless there is a major problem, like the dealer intentionally cheated you or the product was completely ineffective. It's sort of like ebay - even 4/5 counts as as negative feedback and completely destroys the vendor's reputation. Your action alone has brought me from 100% customer satisfaction down to 99.5%. I have tried very hard to keep every customer happy (as you can see from other feedback) and as far as I know I am the only vendor to have more than 300 orders with 100% 5/5 feedback. Dropping to 99.5 will hurt me significantly. I have never asked a user to change their feedback before (well, haven't had to - they have all been 5/5) but I suspect you meant no harm by it and are just unaware of the custom. I respectfully request that you change he feedback to 5/5 unless you think I have done something improper, malicious, or otherwise dishonest. Even if you do think so the custom is to leave the feedback at 5/5 while we try to work out a fix which is satisfactory to you. I can assure you that with proper use this is far more potent than any heroin you have ever received on the street, for the simple reason that every street vendor cuts their product whereas I do not. The problem lies somewhere else, and I am willing to help you find it so you can get what you expect. But, negative feedback is the only way at this point to damage your business in order to resolve my issue, and the longer I wait the less effective it is. You can try to guilt trip me, disparage me with other users comments, or even threaten me since you know where I live. But, I don't really care. All that I care about is that this scag is shit, and I handed you alot of money for it. I let two friends try this tar who aren't trivial users of black tar heroin. I was hoping that I could sell it to them and at least get something out of it. And, they told me this shit was crap too. Maybe all the BTH I have ever had was cut with fentanyl derivatives, opiate potentiators, etc. but unless you want to pay me to get a gas chromatogram of your stuff than this isn't black tar heroin to me. It definitely isn't getting me high like black tar heroin. And, you can give me a refund. People have complained before and I always make a point to resolve their issue. I have had 10 or so complaints over the last month (one in every 30) and I have resolved every one to the customer's satisfaction. I urge you to go back and look at the first message you sent me, you asked nicely and I nicely replied, trying to be helpful, answering your questions. You quite clearly said you haven't used BTH in a long time, and you asked advice on RoA so I politely replied. You indicated quite clearly that the problem was you didn't know what you were doing.
