Actually, my assistant made a prep mistake last week which reduced potency for all orders on one day and I am reshipping 8 grams out of my pocket (four orders; 4gms to one person, and 1 each to three others). Each reship was sent express regardless of whether the person chose express or not originally. I went through my ledger and contacted every customer who might have been affected and I added a note to my profile page just in case any customer was missed, asking them to contact me so I can make it right. In fact, to my knowledge I have 100% customer satisfaction. Speaking of resolution, I have never gone to resolution and every packaged shipped has arrived at its destination safely (0 lost).
