Alright, I have used the Universal USB Installer to put Tails on my USB. I do get some errors when I install Tails on it, but it tells me that it worked. I then reboot to the USB and the Tails screen opens, offering me the option for safe or regular...when I try either of those the following screen tells me it's an "Invalid kernel" or something like that. Then, under that I have a command prompt telling me what to boot next.
What have I done wrong here? I simply followed the instructions in @Fallkniven's tutorial

Sounds like the USB installer didn't work properly, so your computer can't boot the linux kernel.
What error exactly do you get from the USB installer? is your USB large enough for tails?

I'll redo each thing and tell you exactly what happens, give me 5 - 10!
And yes, my USB is 14 GB

When I'm at the Tails screen with the Options for Tails or Tails(Failsafe) and choose either one, a black screen pops up saying the following: "Invalid or corrupt Kernel image." then below that is a command line starting off with "boot:" and then a cursor allowing me to type in anything that I choose.

Sounds to me like your .iso image (or at least your installation) may be corrupt. Did you verify the .iso file with the developers' PGP key?
If you did, you would see something like the following:
gpg --verify tails-i386-0.20.1.iso.sig tails-i386-0.20.1.iso

Alright...the iso is verified. Took awhile but I got it. What now?

"It" being the Tails iso on my computer or on the USB drive? and if you mean re-download the iso, should I also re-verify it as well?
And if you mean on the USB, I've done it a bunch of times already, but since I've verified it, I have not reinstalled in onto the USB, so will that make a difference now?

You've already downloaded and verified it. Now burn it to a DVD and from there, clone it to a thumb drive.

And if the USB stick doesn't work after booting from DVD and using the menu option to make the USB from there, you probably need to use a different USB stick.

I have to create the Boot-up BIOS for the CD in the BIOS menu, there is no option for a CD...What would I set as the location to boot up for the cd?
Would it be "F:\"?

Download tails .iso and verify it as per their website instructions.
Download and install virtualbox https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
Download "VirtualBox 4.2.18 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack" which enables USB2.0 devices.

Follow this video to start it as a live CD http://youtu.be/pcw25WleOs4
Once tails boots, insert USB and go to top of your Virtualbox screen where it says Machine: Devices: and choose Devices->USB (whatever you just plugged in) and enable it to be mounted.
Go back to Tails desktop screen and choose: Applications ▸ Tails ▸ Tails USB installer
It will make you a bootable USB.
Reboot
Go into the BIOS
Go to the page that determines the boot order (usually called "Advanced Setup", "Boot options", or "Feature Setup")
Try all USB drive variants. Start with "USB ZIP", then "USB FDD", "USB HDD ", etc. it will work.
Save and reboot. Done.
