I have a problem whit my PGP decrypter that I am not able to fix.
When someone send me a PGP message, I can decrypt it @ 75% rate. Even someone who previously sent me a succesful PGP.
I did try to restart program/CPU and it won't fix it. It seems when the PGP doesnt read once, it will never decrypt.
The error I get is: Clipboard contain no PGP data

I also did reinstall the whole pgp4win.

probably it's because there's a space or linebreak in the last couple of lines. try removing any breaks you see and then try again.

I am able to decrypt the PGP.
I can't know if it is me or my customers. All I know is that sometimes I can decrypt something sometimes not.
Also, one customers send me PGP that sometimes work sometimes doesnt.

Abby is correct -- check the message for formatting -- ensure that it is cut/pasted properly, with all five dashes before and after the BEGIN PGP MESSAGE and END PGP MESSAGE lines.
Also, one thing to remember is that if the message has been produced by a mail client that contains HTML-formatted crap, this will often cause PGP to choke on it.
In cases where there is HTML (or sometimes high-ascii characters) you will need to decrypt it from the command-line. To do that, save the message to a file, go into a DOS box and issue the following commands:
gpg --decrypt saved_message_filename >decrypted_message
This should do the trick.
BTW, this will also show if the message is not encrypted to your key -- in that case, you'll get a different error message.
