Does it require vpn? I don't have a vpn and I can't the tor hidden service link to go...

Is there a way for me to send a vendor a gpg encrypted file safely without one?

Tormail is dead, where have you been recently?

You can message vendors via the market site and encrypt all your messages if you think it is required.

You should have been a little more forthcoming.... You should have  told  'em that Tormail is worse than dead... it's in the hands of the Feds.

Excellent alternative.  Another option is to use i2p mail or to sign up for a Yahoo! mail account using Tor browser.
