it is a scam hence the reason they spam our forum do not use this service.  there's also a sticky i believe somewhere warning to not use this scammer

Yes it is a Scam i recently just lost $20 because of there site do not buy from them!

That's why the keep coming back again and again and again.  It's all due to people so desperate to get bitcoins that they'll deal  with anyone, including spammers/scammers like this.
It's like feeding a stray cat... once you feed 'em, you'll never get rid of them.
