I just got my pin reset today, sr support said if u keep messaging them that u will be put to the bottom of the list. So dont annoy them or youll end up waiting longer like me.

I did not know this thank you for this info :) . I wish I would have know this when I lost my pin.

Yeah I'll stop buggin them. Now that peeps are having log in problems and how they seemed incommunacado I think they are just doing some maintenance and are really busy at the moment. I feel like a total ass right now.

You should be able to login again. I did about a hour ago.
