Tor mail has been hacked by a Turk group so I urge you to change all your passwords on your other accounts and stay safe anyway possible but not releasing any information.
-
source?
-
the url you were looking for was tomail.org not tormail.com
-
No I have one on the .com web and I lost it man
-
.org not .com 8)
-
Ok, so not the real Tormail then? Tormail.org is safe, right?
-
yes

I don't actually know what that means, I just felt obligated to post.

I can't understand why they have those fucked up password policies, like only letters (not even capitalized) and numbers, max. 15 or something like that.
We should talk some sense in those guys, by explaining to them the importance of "good" password policies.
-
ALL my passwords are 63 ASCII characters... EXCEPT, of course, tormail... bastards.

This probably sounds like a stupid question, but what exactly does someone do with that? Like can you look at someones tormail messages or something? P.s. im fucked up so... yeah

I'll assume you meant to quote my post... and yes, 63. ;D
It is, admittedly, overkill.. but whatever.

Please be so kind verify your facts prior to posting, please. The maximum size of a Tormail password is 25 characters; lowercase, uppercase + numerics. The username is limited to lowercase only.
25 characters, upper/lower + numerics works out like this;
26 uppercase + 26 lowercase +10 numerics = 62.
62^25 = 6.4534542777x10^+44 possibilities. This works out to about 148 bits of entropy, which is considerably more than the AES128 and IDEA, and 3DES ciphers, which feature 128, 128 and 112 bits of entropy respectively.

Good lord, that gives a whole new meaning to "better to be safe than sorry". I like it.

I wasn't even aware there was another tormail...
-

1) tormail
2) turks
3) hackers

I don't believe tormail.com is related to tormail.org (which also owns tormail.net)
tormail.com is definatley hacked and has the following on their index page:
