I've never had a problem importing a vendor's public key, until today. I messaged them to see what the problem may be, but I think it might have to do with the fact that the top of the key says:
-----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----
Version: GnuPG v2.0.17 (GNU/Linux)
I've only ever seen it say:
-----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----
Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (MingW32)
Do I need some special upgrade or software to import GNU/Linux keys?

All that's different is the Version: string. The keys should be interoperable.
PM me with the key that's giving you trouble, and I'll have a look at it -- it is possible it may be corrupted.

Never mind, I messaged the vendor and he said that he had accidentally left out a small part of it after he updated his profile. That clears that up.
