What substances are you partial to, if you don't mind me asking? All matter of psychedelics, LSD especially. I also love Ketamine and MDMA but I'd like to cool it with those. But what do you guys think of the possibility of more broad internet, or at least bitcoin regulation? Just look at what effect the Sandy Hook shooting had. One isolated incident when gun violence is at an all time low and we have idiots standing around Washington demanding that the government take our rights away. I don't doubt that with the right amount of sensationalism they could sway a large amount of people to support it. "It won't effect law abiding citizens, only criminals have any use for these things". I can definitely see it happening, they already shut down megaupload after all. The western world has been headed in an Orwellian direction for a long time now. The question as I see it isn't whether they would do it, but if they can.Bitcoins, as the name implies, are bits, or numbers. Numbers cannot be outlawed, however much someone might wish it. What _can_ be regulated are the exchanges, where government issued fiat currency (Pound Sterling, U.S. Dollar, Euro, etc.) are exchanged for Bitcoins, and vice-versa. I think we're already beginning to see this, as more and more exchanges are ratcheting-up their controls, to avoid being investigated/prosecuted for conspiracy to launder money. NC
