Quote from: HeroinLover on November 15, 2012, 04:02 amI finally succeeded in doing everything in this manual:GPG (Step-by-Step: Windows Pictorial)http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=131.0But where do I find my public key? And where do I put the other persons public key when I try to decrypt? There is just the names of the two keys I made and I can send messages just between them by clicking on them...thanksFirst off, if you want to keep you sanity, ditch GPG4WIN, and especially Kleopatra. Forget they even exist. Over 90% of the problems people have with PGP would immediately vanish if people would just stop using this crap software. What I recommend you use instead is: GPG4USB. You can download it from: http://gpg4usb.cpunk.de/index.htmlGo over the documentation -- it has screenshots showing you how to carry out the various functions, e.g. encrypt/decrypt, adding keys, etc. GPG4USB can even be run from a USB stick, so you don't have to unpack the software to your hard drive, unless you want to. (There is no installation, per-se -- all you have to do is unzip the executable into a folder -- the folder can be on your hard drive or a USB stick.) I've known people to struggle with GPG4WIN for a week or more, and when they tried GPG4USB, they were up and running in 10 minutes. The interface is vastly superior to GPG4WIN.Nightcrawler
