The maximum size of a Tormail password is 25 characters; lowercase, uppercase + numerics. The username is limited to lowercase only. 25 characters, upper/lower + numerics works out like this; 26 uppercase + 26 lowercase +10 numerics = 62. 62^25 = 6.4534542777x10^+44 possibilities. This works out to about 148 bits of entropy, which is considerably more than the AES128 and IDEA, and 3DES ciphers, which feature 128, 128 and 112 bits of entropy respectively.
