Quote from: Unknown Entity 666 on October 12, 2012, 04:58 amSorry to have to make a noob post like this, but I've gotten myself so lost and confused in this process that I'm not sure where to go from where I'm at.I am in the USA and have $58 USD in an unverified solidtrustpay account. I had intended to run that money through a converter to get Liberty Reserve USD, but when I tried, I was given a message stating that solidtrustpay does not allow money from American accounts to be sent through currency converters? Can someone please help me figure out how I can change the funds in my solidtrustpay account into bitcoins?Thank you in advance.Solidtrustpay? Never heard of 'em, ever. Turns out they're a Canadian company from Bobcaygeon, Ontario. In August 2012, Solidtrustpay just got fined $60,000 by the State of Arkansas, for doing business in that state without a license. See: http://www.securities.arkansas.gov/!userfiles/Orders/2012/SolidTrust%20Pay.pdf ** Clearnet .pdf file **If they're not licensed in your state (and they may not be) then you can ask to have your money withdrawn without fees. If they give you a hard time, tell 'em you'll file a complaint with your state's regulatory officials. Get you rmoney back, and then try some other method. In the worst case scenario, given that it's only $58, you may have to write it off.
