Thanks, now what if anything will return the balls to normal size for a life-long TRT patient? Not simply a small dose of AI?

It is life long (recently started like 6 months) HRT. Yes 200 MG/ML Test Cypriate.

Also he noticed nipples got a wee bit bigger and when mentioned the doc gave him Arimidex .5MG every other day.

A guy who is not me, mid 40's, 6' 180Lbs is taking Cypriate .7 ML Intramuscular weekly for general healthful libido and energy.

Nuts shrinking like a motherfucker.  Everything else is great. Shoud he do anything to moderate the testicular atrophy or just say fuck it?

Also, for additional muscle growth when lifting, should he take either more test or anything else? Or is .7 Ml enough already?

So two questions there.
