Yes... just tried withdrawing 200 BTC and nothing is showing up in the blockchain.  :-\

They'll fix it, but it sucks to have to wait longer for my cash.

I've been experiencing this too - but two different types of issues. The first was the delay, and those delayed transactions have eventually all cleared so far.

Except one. The 2nd problem is that I had a 2-part transaction only clear one of the parts. I.e. two orders from the same user for different products, finalized together, and payment for only one of the two transactions (the much smaller part) came through. It's been 30+ hours and still hasn't posted yet. Anybody else having a similar issue? I wonder if this has happened in the past without me noticing.

No word yet from DPR but I bet he is slammed.

This is a really old thread.

You should contact SR Support or Vendor Support over on SR itself.  They are the only ones who can sort this out for you.  Hope you see your coins soon!

There was something of a panic yesterday in the Bitcoin world.  I decided to close my eyes and hope that it's all okay again when I open them -- hey, nothing I could do about it anyway, why worry -- so I dunno what's going on now, but google bitcoin-qt 0.8 fork and you'll get an idea of what I mean.  It wouldn't surprise me if BTC transactions were still problematic.

But again, I haven't paid attention for 24 hours, so best check for yourselves.  Just pointing it that it may not actually be SR's fault (this one time)  :)

Hey

Having the same problem, I think mine might be a little different. Appears my bitcoins disappeared. Here is what I mean:

withdrawal       ฿-5.70    ฿0.00    March 13, 2013, 2:11 am UTC
payment    transaction #5ea7f3acd4    ฿5.70    ฿5.70    March 13, 2013, 12:36 am UTC
payment    transaction #a88af5c064    ฿5.70    ฿5.70    March 13, 2013, 12:36 am UTC

Upon receiving 5.7 btc twice (11.4 btc total), only 5.7 was actually depositied in my account. No history showing of the 5.7 ever being withdrawn or anything, just not there for some reason.

Any ideas? Happen to anyuone before?

Sounds like what happened a couple of weeks ago, when somebody broke the deposits & withdrawals.  For a day people's deposits were getting credited over, and over, and over.  It's possible they didn't actually fix the problem and just eliminate any identical deposits now.

I really doubt that though.  I mean for obvious reasons, that's not going to work, even if you do give everyone their coins when they send messages to support about it.  ... I'm confused by your paste.  I see #3467;5.70 BTC go in twice and #3647;5.7 go out once.  So you're saying after that transaction, your balance is now 0?
Title: Re: SR withdrawal broken again?
Post by: WhiteShark on March 13, 2013, 06:52 am
Yup, 5.7 came in twice, 5.7 got removed once, and balance is zero. I thought I took out the 5.7 twice, but never received anything in my wallet, checked the account history and then saw that it was only withdrawn once, yet subtracted from my balance twice.

Appears when the second one came in, my balance did not get credited with the amount. Contacted support, probably going to be a while till I get my coins back. Maybe it will turn up

And that paste is accurate, is it?  I mean this deposit was credited only hours ago, and it still isn't working properly...?  Are you absolutely positive that's the case?

... I think I've said my piece for the day.  I won't harp on, but this is unacceptable any way you look at it.  I don't know what else can be said about it.

Yup 100% sure its accurate. Will update and let you guys know what Vendor support tells me, the buyers feedback shows for both the transactions, so there's clear evidence of both transactions occurring.

Sounds suspiciously like the same issue that affected a lot of people recently, I have pm'd an admin with a link to this thread but please progress it via SR support on the main site too.
