I thank you all for you comments, observations & suggestions, both for & against me & my product listings. I feel I have a right to defend against the accusations against me and stand by operating principals and practices. It is very difficult in an anonymous market such as this to verify the claims made by either side, especially given the nature of the products involved and those who indulge in them. My initial response to this current issue was simply a statement of how things occurred from my side and the actions I took despite being aware of what was truly going on behind my back, a re-emphasis that the treatment given was the same as what any new buyer would have received and a re-iteration of my policies and practices.I did not respond with foul language, unnecessary insults or derogatory terms and tried to keep my response as professional as possible, given the circumstances.I have had very few issues with any of the other products I supply, much of which I contribute to testing before selling and listing. When initially listed the acid, I did not have the recommended Ehrlich test available but was informed that you could use Marquis tests as a substitute which I did, in addition to sending a 10 strip sample to the Avengers for testing. When their results came back different than what I had, I adjusted my pricing accordingly. When I started getting highly variable feedback, with some people saying they were great and others saying they were bunk and I could find no reason for it, I pulled the listings. Same with the Happy Smiles. They were tested the same as the the Calvin Klein's and Armani Exchange's, all produced similar test results. But while everyone loved the CK's & Armani's, when we started getting complaints about the Happy Smiles, we pulled the listings. For the record, we had a total of 3 direct complaints about the LSD before pulling the listings and 2 complaints the Happy Smiles before pulling them. It's not in our interest to supply an inferior products, ruin our reputation and spend time dealing with the repercussions when we have many other things that need to be taken care of and responded too. This is why we ask people to contact us directly, not because we have anything to hide, but because we can't do anything about it if we are not aware.We thought by testing and posting the results of different product test would enhance the transparency of our operations and help reassure buyers, however that has not been the case. We have since discovered more accurate testing methods that we can utilize and we will be using them in the future so that we can either put this debate to rest or at least lessen the impact, as it's doubtful it will ever go away. Drug effects are highly subjective and the way it effects one person can be completely different than the way it effects another, even from within the same batch or two tabs that were laid side-by-side. Of course being a top vendor brings a whole new set of issues with it that we are rapidly adjusting to and far too many buyers on this site seem to have an unjustified sense of importance that excludes them from the rules everyone else adheres to. Fortunately this is a very small, yet vocal, minority the same as what effects every other community, organization, government, country & religion populated by people with diverse backgrounds, different opinions & various beliefsI feel the best way to gain further insight into the person or issue at hand is to look at their previous actions. A while back we had a serious issue with our initial crystal meth supply. We didn't perform the proper due diligence for our supply, took responsibility for the problems, corrected the problem and resolved it to the satisfaction of those involved. Since then we have yet to have an issue. We have since applied the same practices to all other products we have released and have been quite successful on the whole. Unfortunately it didn't work out with the LSD or the happy smiles. The impact was much smaller and while some people did enjoy the product, there were a few who did not, so we no longer offer those items. Had it been that everyone who purchased was dissatisfied with both we would have had a more proactive response. However when some people say it's great and others disagree on the quality there's not much more that we are willing to do other than to stop carrying the item. Quality is highly subjective and very personal.Despite the issues we've had with these two items, we have continued to bring new items to market which have been very well received and we still have several items lines up that we will be bringing to market in the near future. We're also not finished with the LSD market by any means. We're still searching for a new source, one where we will have greater control over the quality of the supply that we offer. We're fully aware of the challenges that we will face when it comes time to market them again and we will address those when the times comes. We are not the type of vendor to cut and run, we face our challenges head on and overcome them, as time will show. I can also appreciate the concerns and fears of the buyers after the distasteful actions of many other vendors on the site previously, but hope our past actions, ongoing efforts and future plans will put this fear to rest, at least in our situation.This is an exciting revolution to be a part of and we're honored to be amongst the top vendors in it.We've worked hard to get where we are and have no intention of abandoning our efforts and walking away from the potential that is here. All we ask is the courtesy of a message informing us of your issue or problem you have/ If we're not aware, we can't do anything about it and posting all over the forums without or knowledge keeps us in the dark and only prolongs the problem when instead we can be informed and addressing it so everyone can be satisfied. We're not saying stay quiet and don't say or post anything, but if you're going to let everyone else know, we should know about it to.This is now my second post on this matter, and while I would like to be done with it so I can focus on other things that need my attention, I'm sure it's far from over. I do request that this conversation be carried on elsewhere as this is my vendor review thread and I am not a big fan of vendors getting into arguments with their buyers. I feel it's unprofessional and unnecessary and generally reflects poorly on all who are involved. I will also not stand by silently while accusations are made against me when I feel I have acted with integrity & honestly and have done everything I have in accordance with my stated policies & practices. They have evolved to their current state from the last year we have spent on here, the challenges we've overcome, the issues we've dealt with and the response to actions taken by other vendors.I request that if this conversation is going to carry on that it do so under a different thread and not clutter my review thread with an issue that pertains to one tiny facet of my product line that I am currently not even active in. Whomever creates the thread is even welcome to post a link to this side conversation in this current thread so users reading it can follow the conversation there. I will monitor it myself and respond if I feel it necessary, but do not expect me to respond to every little comment that is made. I will only address those posts that I feel are false accusation or malicious attempts to harm my reputation. Other than that, I have many other buyers who are more than pleased with the service I offer and are much more deserving of my attention and response.RespectfullyMJMuse
