Apr. 24 - MAJOR POLICY UPDATEDue to the increasing number of lost or seized packages going overseas, I will no longer be guaranteeing the delivery of international orders. I can not operate effectively and be financially responsible for undelivered items. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.Early release is necessary for all international buyers of any order size using and shipping method. New SR buyers ( < 10 purchases), buyers with high refunds ( > 20%), orders sent to PO Boxes/Poste Restante and orders 28g and larger sent standard post all require early release.Orders 28g and smaller sent to established SR buyers in Canada and the US will receive either a 50% refund or reship in the event of non delivery. Orders over 28g will receive either a 25% refund or 50% off their next order of equal size if their order does not arrive. No refund/reship will be issued until at least a 7 day extension has passed.On a lighter note, as I will no longer bear the burden of financial responsibility for orders other than those specified above, I have reduced the price of many of my listings. I have found a new source for packing and mailing supplies, so shipping costs are down for both standard and express delivery (see below for summary).I have finished with the testing of some new shipping methods for larger quantities (qp/hp/lb). Orders would be sent express as low-cost small consumer items. A signature will be required for delivery. I will be making the necessary updates to my listing/profile/faq/etc over the next few days. I am still testing methods for shipping 1 lb and larger and hope to have that finished in the next month or so. I've also been working on obtaining some new supply and hope to bring new variety of both the herbal and chemical type very soon.Oh, and tormail seems to be having some DNS issues lately, so their domain name has changed to tormail.org.
