Update:Let me start by apologizing for the lack of responses/activity lately. If you saw the update on my SR vendor profile, you know that the Christmas holiday season did not go well at all. Three family members passed away during over the course of a week, one was killed and the other two died very suddenly. As if that wasn't enough, while I back home for the funeral, there was a fire in my apartment complex, the entire thing burned to the ground and I lost everything. Since then things have been utter chaos and I'm doing my best support my family, manage my business, find a new place to live, deal with insurance companies, replace my stuff, operate on SR and keep it all together. With everything that's been happening I haven't been able to put the time in that I had previously on keeping up to date with my obligations here. Resolution Center issues were not dealt with, tracking details were not sent, messages were not returned and forum inquiries were ignored. That's not the way I usually conduct myself, and I am working hard to get on top of everything. All Resolution Center issues have been dealt with, tracking packages have been delivered and I haven't bothered with sending outdated tracking info, all current messages/inquires have been responded to. Messages that had needed a more timely response, messages older than a month, and pointless messages I haven't bothered with. If you were expecting a reply to something and you haven't received it, please resend it.As you have probably noticed, my prices have increased. Losing everything in the fire included all my on hand inventory and my operating cash flow. This has put me in the position where I am no longer able to buy several pounds up front and pay in cash, rather I now have to negotiate terms to have it fronted and paid off when the funds come through. This, combined with the SR fee increase, has lead to an increase in pricing. I hope to soon have the funds available so that I can once again make bulk purchases and bring my prices back down.Also, I've pulled my listing on SR again, as I've already sold out of what I had available. I should have some more stock before the end of the week.Again, my apologies for not following through on my promises here.
