Heard reports of address harvesting....

It's pretty weak:

uid

Old: Public Key Packet(tag 6)(141 bytes)

Old: Signature Packet(tag 2)(156 bytes)
   Ver 4 - new
Sig type - Generic certification of a User ID and Public Key packet(0x10).
Pub alg - RSA Encrypt or Sign(pub 1)
   Hash alg - SHA1(hash 2)

   Hash left 2 bytes - 66 82

It also doesn't use subkeys at all, which isn't good.  I'd guess it's another IGolder key, so completely untrustworthy.

Not sure about the LE thing, that would require an assessment of the behaviour of the user.

Shit, might as well use DES 56 at that point. Why would LE want to use such a small key if they have the password for the other half anyway? Unless they take lessons from dumbass scammers or perhaps it's some untrained local cop, it won't be that easy to spot them.

LOL thanks!  as I thought +1 you both if I can, nice analogy Guru

No problem.

Look at feedback, vendor is selling, getting address' then cancelling and refunding money with no explanation while a couple have supposedly received

That is a bit dodgy.  Is there a thread on this vendor in the Rumour Mill yet or is it just on the vendor feedback page?

I haven't searched but remember being mentioned in one of the million aussie threads somewhere or hinted at, seems people are keeping away like its the plague now looking at feedback

Yeah, I looked at the vendor page a little earlier.  I think most people would see the rating (64 when I looked) and avoid them.

2g's of domestic mdma for $330 seems 2 good 2 be true...

Ah, yes, Australian prices.  You poor bastards.

If something seems too good to be true then it generally is.  It's theoretically possible for that price, but it would either be cut to shit or inconsistent.

Assuming it even is MDMA.

And since posting this thread some of the feedback has been remanufactured to 5/5 and great md  ::)  I wish I'd taken a screenshot of it...

5 of 5    Top's Nice md aswell    9 days    item
5 of 5    Thanks again Blitz Top Vendor    9 days    item

These were both 1/5 last night, order cancelled and refunded by seller  :o

Interesting.  We can safely assume Blitz is watching this thread and knows we're on to them.

And there's a new seller 1StopOz on the block today with no PGP at all...  :o

Idiot.  Don't go anywhere near them.

blitz isn't LE, he's just incompetent.

First time round he tried telling everyone there was heroin in the MDMA caps he was selling.

I'm surprised he's back, Australia doesn't need more overpriced MDMA vendors.

What? And have our poor, hapless AFP officer feel unwelcome?  Couldn't we just pop-over for a donut and a cuppa?

Maybe we can convince him to mail a sample to to an address.  Say, the AFP HQ in Canberra, it shouldn't take too long to find the name of the Commissioner.

Yeah, I looked at the vendor page a little earlier.  I think most people would see the rating (64 when I looked) and avoid them.

Glad you saw it as well, 64 to 89 in the space of 8 hours with no sales.

Definitely saw this thread and made the revisions.

Theres goes $150 of taxpayers money

And Mr Negus if that ain't you, impersonating a federal officer is an offence ;)

Which means that even if it is not law enforcement, they've used sock puppet accounts to place fake orders and boost the ratings via the feedback system.

So it's fairly safe to say that Blitz is either law enforcement or a scammer.  Either way you should follow Limetless' suggestion and report them to SR.

Only just came across this thread. I had no idea of all these concerns.

PGP key has been updated. Hopefully there'll be no more issues.

Currently we're just selling excess stock, which is why we've been so sporadic with our listings. We do plan on having regular listings within the next few weeks, but there's a lot to consider when setting up a SR business. There have been many hiccups along the way, but we're slowly getting established online. We have many sales outside of SR, so most of our stock is allocated to those sales. Slowly we're starting to increase our stock so we can sell more on SR.

We won't be able to maintain the low prices for long – initially our prices were much higher, but many users messaged us asking to lower the price. Prices will only remain low if we can get consistent sales, otherwise we'll have to mark them back up to our street prices.

Uh-huh.  You need to do more research on the forums, then.  Chances are a lot of the issues you've encountered have already been discussed here.

How much are you discounting your prices for Silk Road?

We haven't had any issues with SR itself. Our problems have been related to stock inventory and transforming how we usually do business. We should have most of the kinks worked out within the next few weeks.

How much are you discounting your prices for Silk Road?
We're trying to find a reasonable price that works for Australian buyers on SR. Typically we sell MDMA at $200/g, bulk at $180, and our caps sell at $30 each or $18 bulk.

In regards to above comments about us being a scammer: if we were going to scam users we'd make sure we'd actually steal some money! Because we've only just started on SR, we're actually running at a loss due to selling stock at low prices, set up fees and sending out samples. We're a new SR vendor, so it's perfectly understandable to have all these trust issues, and I'll be the first to admit we had a terrible start due to our inventory (or lack thereof) and probably incompetence on my behalf, but just give us time and we'll eventually get things running smoothly.

Okay, that sounds about right (or possible, at least) from what I recall of the Australian market.  Been a while since I've been in that part of the world.

In regards to above comments about us being a scammer: if we were going to scam users we'd make sure we'd actually steal some money!

Heh.

Okay, well I guess people will keep watching and see what happens.

Thanks for popping in here and answering the questions too.

Good to see you drop by, maybe you could start selling smaller amounts to give some people reassurance.
We have been sending out samples in the range of 0.1-0.5g. We'd rather have lots of bulk orders to reduce hassles of excessive handling and postage, but we'll see what people want and add more listings when we have enough stock.

How do you explain the feedback changes after this thread started?

The 2 top ones were 1/5, not received/no comms/full refund and then changed to 5/5 great md ???
You went from 64 to 82 ?
The timing was purely coincidental :P I'm working with the negative feedback individually, coming to a reasonable conclusion for the lack of stock on my end. Hopefully going forward I'll be at consistent 100% feedback :)
