Then you just need to remember the passphrase to that program and use it to copy the usernames, passwords, URLS, etc. into the relevant fields as you go. It would be wise to have it installed in a TrueCrypt volume with the rest of your SR stuff (i.e. Tor Browser Bundle, GPG config directory, etc.) if you're not using a dedicated system for this.Then have a regular installation for your clearnet stuff because it makes life so much easier. It will even generate suitably complex and strong passwords too.
