Title: BTC not showing up and its been 2 days. Support jerked me around

Sent btc to SR address 2 days ago and they have never shown up. I have 424 confirmations on block chain. Yesterday support told me to wait 8 hours and write again so i did. Then they wrote to wait 12 hours and write again. Then they told me to wait 12 hours and then write again and they would manually credit my account. 49 hours later, they wont respond to my emails.
Evidently they archived the address.
So it seems SR is JERKING me around and in no hurry to credit my btc back, IF EVER    >:(     >:(    >:(
