Title: Sub-Account Login Issues

I was given access to a vendors account with a sub-account. I have verified the info given to him for the l/p and everything is correct. I'm still unable to login. Any ideas?

You need to enter the vendor name and your personalized sub-account password in order to login to the sub-account.
